yes i know . but doesnt matter the stop button is connected in same circuit .

Must be installed the control transformer inside the panel . If primary voltage is 240 tp 600 volts ac the load side is 110vac

I was always told the stop should come first in the circuit for guaranteed safety. Do cranes commonly have the start button first?
yes bro even in the books always stop and start button. bứt the connection is same ,” stop button is connected to coil,” if you press stop button power di energize. we have some hoist the same like that. and some hoist no start button they use emergency stop only.
if you press emergency stop power dis able and once you release contactor energize power circuits on.

Why not go to stop button straight from main fuse ? I guess it will still open the main contactor.
we have also 3 bridge crane we use emergency stop only, when you press stop contactor de energise, and when you release magnetic contactor energize that is no need to connect holding contact because direct to A1 coil.

Hello konan, how to identify 6 leads without marking? Easy , you need voltmeter and set on continuity. to test and find the wire together, take one wire and test continuity if ok, mark #1 end mark # 4. Next take one wire mark # 2 find continuity end and mark # 5, and last mark #3 and mark # 6, then if find both end connect supply. If wont turn just humming turn off power so that winding wont burn. Change connections until you get the right. Try again .

Walang limit switch pero both end meron metal stopper. Pra hindi malaglag ang buong panel unit pati motor for safety.

master.. tanong lng.. may ginagawa ako ngaun hoist machine galing china 10t bakit ung main motor may 5 terminals power input . napagana ko na left and right and forward backward. up and down nalang kulang ko lahat 3phase220v ang motors. pano kaya wiring diagram ng main motor up/down with 5terminal.wires . salamat po sa pgsagot.God bless

Yung brake coil two wire supply un nakakabit na sa terminal supply ng motor mismo sa box ng motor.

hindi na kelngan yan ng overload lase kung lagyan ng overload nasa taas d lageng akyatin sa taas . most goist wala ng overload

ilang amperes po yong fuse na gamit ng para sa kada motor po sir?
mostly ang fuse ng motor 3amps lang to 6amps depende sa rating ng motor. kahit maliit ang motor malakas kase connected to gearbox.

Pinag iisipan ko kung gagawa ako ng two speed ganyan din kalabasan ng diagram at ang madagdaga lang yun second speed.
Pano po pag mag a add ka brake para sa crane hoist.
Kasama na yung brake sa motor nakakabit na. Ang tawag dun ay brake motor. Pag kinabit mo supply gagana na dahil naka connect na sa terminal ng motor.

Unang problema na dapat mong check.. buksan mo ang push button minsan lose wire connection, or yung poor contact yan ang madali at unang check. Pag okay check mo sa taas meron fuse yan baka busted. Next baka napatid na ang wire sa loob ng cable ng cable check mo continuity.
