This is a Soviet aircraft. Inherited by mistake by Ukraine in 1991. Ukraine will never make such an aircraft again. They haven't made a single plane in 30+ years.

Because I was at that airport and the plane was using lifeguard in its call sign which means need to be landed ASAP when it is safe for an onbord critical injury the ambo was on the other half of the runway (it was a crew memeber) and it also had a few hydrolic issues too. Fun fact 2 related you can fly steer pitch a plane with no hydeolics its just like a car no power steering but lots harder lol. Fun fact not related. Not lol
