An incredible plane that was the pride of my grandfather, an Antonov employee. I still hope to see the second An-225.
Yea I do hope to see the second one be finished too, maybe after the war there could be a fund to help rebuild her
The project is already underway 🎉
we need to wait china for more of them
Your grandfather was an amazing man!
@@Doomguynowaying This I know, a truly amazing man, and an incredible grandfather. It was he who instilled in me a love for airplanes and aviation. I even have a photo where he and his colleagues are standing against the background of the An-225 with "Buran" on it.
The way you sped up the build with identical pieces was great. I still think no music and just clicking us great
MRIA will never die !

That's an impressive set! The moving flaps are next level!
The king of the sky’s has now become a Lego set he shale not be forgotten his queen the 747 will miss her mighty king.
The 747 is the queen of the sky’s and the Antonov 225 is the king of the sky’s we respect these grand airliners
Press F to Respect
Sehr trauriger Moment, als es zerstört wurde. Es wird nicht umsonst sein
The Antonov 225 was destroyed the Antonov 225 was actually made from the in🇷🇺 but a airline called Antonov add to cart and the residence destroyed it Antonov 225
@@wahidadventure737It wasn't. It was made in Ukraine not Russia. But it was made in the Soviet Union more than anything.
Rest in peace, you beautiful giant. May you never be forgotten 🫡
Rest in peace comrad Antonov! You earn your place in the sky for eternity.
Reqt in peace an 225, i still have massive respect for that aircraft
yall do not know how much i love cargo planes and i want this set
Did you buy it?
A moment of silence for one of the largest planes in history.
She was made to carry a space shuttle, and she died a pointless death.
o7
It wasn’t one of the biggest, it was THE biggest.
🫡
It was destroyed for no reason by Russians only because it was a Ukrainian design
@@Jonathan-rv4ljUSSR...
Not gone forever. Ukraine is now spending 500 million to rebuild it from the parts that are still ther
Wow I can't believe that's how big this set is. I do like the flip of two colors of the background, that's great. Love your videos Brickmeet.
Wow, I've NEVER seem a set this HUGE. This brings me back to my childhood making aircraft with my Lego set!....I'm 43 now...watching this build brings a smile to my face😀 I still have that old Lego set in the attic😊I always wanted to make the aircraft more realistic.....Looks like I'm going to check Amazon and buy one of these kits..thanks for sharing!
this is one impressive behemoth of a plane...
fantastic video as always! keep it up 😃
Once i was seeing it flying about my house. Incredible plane

All saying 747 is the queen of the sky's this is the true queen
A masterpiece of Soviet technological progress.
It was funded by soviets but it is not their progress. This is Ukraine’s progress, don’t get it mixed up. The plane was designed and built by Ukrainians in Kiev, home of the oldest universities in the world. My father worked there, they were all Ukrainians. The Russians, or “soviets” as you call them, have never been engineering geniuses, they have only contributed to destroying the AN225
@@prettycoolcat7039 you're ridiculous. Ukrainians did not exist as a separate country until 91. All the achievements of the Soviets are the result of the painstaking work of a huge team, it is impossible to separate the achievements of one district of the USSR from another. It's like saying that the USA did not produce something, because it was done in one of the states.
@@prettycoolcat7039Russophobia....
@@prettycoolcat7039Another victim of the Maidan. Ukrainians can't crack anything else except fat. Oh, yes, I forgot, they also know how to steal other people's developments
@@iamlazychannel4957 Not necessarily. We don’t have to consider them Ukrainian but they weren’t necessarily all Soviet.
Long live the AN-225
Rest in Peace Mirya, Fly higher into the sky with Red Baron and Boeing 747
one day this set with soviet color and spaceshuttle Buran ? Great homage !
brickmeet is a true king for making this this plane was the king of the skies
Impressively big, and nicely detailed. Landing function is well integrated, and built with overall stability in mind. Shame about the planes history though.
Now that's what i call a master piece
Do you do cobi new tiger131?
Bro it’s like a bazillion dollars 😂😂😂
Incredible WORKIN TRAILING EDGE FLAPS
i love this plane ( rip antonov an 225 ) i am going to put it on my xmas list thanks BrickMeet and congrats on 228k subscribers!
I have just bought this moble, cant wait to start building it.
To respect the fall of the "Largest Cargo/Commercial plane in the world, as I think it is, but other than that, this is a great set and I hope to see another like this
My experience was that the main fuselage of this model was not adequately secured together at the point under the forward wing root. Mine kept collapsing sending the tiny side panels flying off when I tried to place the wing. I ended up redesigning the inside with some additional Lego pieces to make it more solid and its fine now. I kept muttering that real Lego would not do this to me as it continually collapsed until I resigned myself to the redesign.
I have the same problem
That set is so big it actually gives you a sense of just how big the real thing was compared to the planes around it.
It's sad to know that this plane was destroyed in Ukraine😢
Wait it was?
Yeah
I’m from Ukraine 😢
@@vladyoutube6643 I hope your country will be saved
Gotta respect the editing 🫡
Amazing, I'm the lucky one who bought it. Now I'm just waiting for another pandemic, lock down and time at home to build :)
Rest in peace my beautiful
I JUST FINIS THE PLANE 😀 SOO IMPRESSIVE
that's the biggest plane in the world
Was the biggest. Now a pile of scrap thanks to the tsar.
it WAS an amazing plane 😢
I just love it when you put the big oops when editing keep up the great work
Uff Imba. Greetings from Ukraine!
Wow such a beast
Great Work!!!
As a 2012 movie fan, I approve of this
8:25 the flaps are inspired by BigPlanes's original design...
RIP AN225 „Mriya“
I hope LEGO makes a set like this
Ein sehr geiles moc 😎
Rest in Peace An-225 😥😔
My favorite airplane is the Antonov 225
That is SICK bruh.
Nice video man!❤
I didn’t know until I got into aviation this was the beauty that got distroid in the Ukrainian war

What’s the brick quality like? Are they too loose/tight? Were there any missing pieces?
it is from JieStar, very good brick quality, at Qman level and just below GoBricks, but strong clamping force, almost like Cobi
Nicee
