    What a superb series of videos. We are using them to plan our trip. Thank you so much for posting. One question, would you have adjusted the time of year visiting for any reason, e.g. rain?

      Hi Jeff. It depends where you are going. Best time for areas we visited is probably Sept to January, but of course best time means more visitors. If you're visiting S Ecuador then Feb-Mar is best. Good thing about Ecuador though is that special birds can pretty much be seen year round.
