Hope you can access the air cond easily as no one seems to ever seem to clean the filters in hotel rooms and by the time I see them you wished you did not know how disgusting they look full of dirt and dust!
Yes can the air con is normal wall mounted. Easy to access and clean.
Someone should tell the Copacabana to check their messages. They never respond to direct email or to the contact form on their website. It gives a poor impression.
How often are the private pool units available for rent, and what is the typical rental price?
You can check on property portals that promote units for rent like and can rent through there. Copacabana directly might now have the biggest selection. Right now we don’t have any private pool unit for rent but I you’re looking around 60,000+ baht for rent.

So you advertise $109,994. But you dont show the condo for that price. And you dont mention the price of the condos that you showed in the video. No thumbs up. You have to do better than that.

The building is Copacobana, named after the famous beach in Brazil.

Only small dogs. They don’t have an area for dogs to run around.
