We feel the starting price of 107,000 USD for a 1 to 2 bedroom condo of 117+ sqm is well worth it, but we are always open to hearing different opinions and others may feel differently. The condo has sold out of foreign quota and there are only a few remaining units left for sale - in less than 3 months of selling. The market tells us that the property is worth the investment for many buyers/investors as well!

But compared to south Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy) these condos are highly overpriced and overrated. They are way too small for that amount. Wait a couple of months until US economy crumbles. Your real estate will go down quicker than China’s 😅

You can buy a house in Spain for this money…. Not worth it.
