I love the model unit, especially being right on the beach! A bonus is the upgraded model with luxury furnishings! I also enjoy that there was no , “oh wow” .
The market is now full of new condos and new locations, so if you want to sell an old condo, you have to compete with new condos. You have to wait until there are few or no new condos in the market. The market may change hands more easily. This also happens in the housing market, but the advantage is that buyers of old condos may be able to negotiate prices and pay less.

Buying property as a foreigner in Thailand isn`t a good idea. The market is not comparable to the developed world. Besides, renting in Thailand is so easy and cheap. Especially in Pattaya there are more and more Arabs and Indians coming in, never a good sign for a typical Westerner.
I saw many in Bangkok and even the Thais were complaining about it...they feel less secure with all the Arabs and Indians, which I understand. Their stores were also crap and dirty: I entered into a pharmacy, didn't know they were Indians, I left this pharmacy.
It's interesting that they're starting to build again in Pattaya, after the Covid disaster. I do however wonder if this specific developer has jumped the gun. New construction in Pattaya is a tough sell, considering that not even all the bars on Soi 6 have reopened after Covid. The glass closet doors are kind of strange, I'm not sure I would always want to be able to see my clothes in the closet, but everything else looked fine. As always, you are an incredible & attractive marketing agent, with no obvious tattoos, the owner did well by hiring you. You have a thick Thai accent, but I heard a couple words which make me wonder if you are learning English from somebody with an accent from England? Just curious. Keep up the good work, you are the best marketing agent in Thailand!

you can own a condo just not land
It's a Condo, you can own it Freehold. Its land you can't own, not property.
