    Sir these asanas are really magical.. I just performed only 2 or 3 of them that too is for not more than 5 mins.. and the pain started disappearing. I recently diagnosed with cervical spondylisis and having little pain in neck area. I am gonna practice these asaanas daily and will report you.

      @Stay Woke Hi There. Yes constant pain in left side of neck and base of skull. Pain in right shoulder and tinnitus in right ear. Lately my tinnitus has been at a 10 along with the pain in my neck so much so that I’m not sleeping from the noise in my ear or the pain.

    Mujhe bht pain hota hai bht jyda.. Sar k nichle hisai se neck tak.. Aab ridd ki hadiyo tk aa gya.. Medicine koi kam nhi krta.. 20yrs m itna pain sehna pdd rha h. Hope yeh exrcise kam aayega
