Can you use the wind sigil indoors (in dungeons) if you activated the Wind Altar for that region?
I haven’t tried it recently, but I’m sure I used the sigil of wind in dungeons

I make a shield build w mace, and infuse wind and the ghost keep every enemy on the floor
