They don't contain lactose eg piriteze you can also get an antihistamine slow release injection which would Last the summer period 😘 ps Peter Andre has a reality series on TH-cam during lockdown with his wife and family it's on The Sun TH-cam channel (I know it's an awful newspaper but the series is actually quite good!)

Cooking is a bit of a crazy experiment...I once made "beer flapjacks" with the oats soaked in Bitter and then strained and left to dry out before using them with the rest of the ingredients...adds a different taste to the mix.

With the normal plain tapioca boba you need to soak in brown sugar syrup that probably why when you tried the boba tea mix before you didn't like the plain boba.
some video ideas (do them if u want i’m not ur mother): dress as once colour each day of the week eat meals from different continents for a week (e.g. europe monday, asia tuesday) room makeover? obviously if you like your room as it is don’t bother but your walls do look a lil bit plain also not a video idea but i saw somewhere someone making replicas of pets but as plushies so you could get banksy one of those
i’m allergic to milk as well and i don’t have the hay fever tablets but i can take the piriton/piriteze syrup for kids and it works pretty well - personally it does make me really drowsy but the tablets used to do that to me anyway (:

She's actually allergic to dairy. So for example, it doesn't matter if some cows milk is made lactose free, she still can't consume it.
