Riight, but being triggered by something or even having panic attacks don't automatically equate to someone going ceazy, so she didnt have to be afraid of that. There's a definite trauma that she's working through and defined triggers for that trauma, so rather, she should have probed into what's happening to be able to put a name to it. Then they could have faced it together.

💯💯💯 Right. It feels like a situation where Val cares about Lu even more than she cares about herself. So if it's just about waiting until Lu is ready, or Lu saying harsh words etc. Val still shows enormous self-control despite the strain of her own emotions. But when something is happening that threatens Lu (or Leo) that's when all bets are off. Here, I think it's that element of not knowing what's wrong that makes Val panic a little bit. She's so concerned about Lu and wants to make things better and touch is such an instinctive way for her to do that, that she keeps reaching out.

Also, I caught more details in paralelle with the tent scene. Firstly, I had to remind myself that they (actresses and crew) were still new to SW, so their first love/sex scene might seems a bit „stiff”. They weren't at the same level of comfort and intimacy as with the masterpiece of 04x02 or 08x02. But, what I found fascinating to watch, was the differences and similarities in acting choices for both Pris. I'll go with differences first. Tent scene, Valen's shyness and a dash of fear to give up the control and make herself exposed and vunerable for Lu (15:33 of 04). While in 08x01 in the bedroom, we see Val in total control. As you say: „Val is like: it's all abt you. Don't distract me.” I fucking adore how observant and concentrated on Lu's pleasure, she is (same as in 04x02). In the tent scene she wants to give pleasure, but she also craves Luiza's touch and wants to take pleasure from her. In 08x01 after all of this waiting, she just wants all of Lu for herself. 100% attention on Lu. I 'm even willing to risk, that she needn't Luiza to return „the favor” ;) And the things that Biuar's face does in these scenes, ooof. It's so subtle, but damn she delivers perfectly. As for similarities, I really applaud Reis here. She really acts in both Luiza's first times as if it's the first time for the character. The pleasure on Lu's face is identical in both, tent scene 15:25 and 08x01 11:30. But what is even more fascinating, and where I got fond of 08x01 and Buiar's especially, is that desperation/pleasure/want and need that she enacts in 15:24 of 04 College and 11:16 of 08x01. For me Valen takes as much pleasure from finally touchnig Lu as she gives it to her. Class acting from Bubu here! Very subtle, very nuanced, but oh boi, oh girl.🥵😁 8. (18:45) Oi! To your point at 8:15 I think it’s the blood. Blood is generally a trigger for Lu, remember the dream/nightmare she woke up from in the previous episode, which I think also has to do with the miscarriage. I think when Lu saw Leo’s bloody knee, she got triggered for a second and went into crisis and autopilot since that nightmare is still fresh and she still has that dilemma/conflict and sense of guilt inside of her. I really like that PA can see the line between a beautiful, intimate, sensual scene and porn. I actually prefer that they've managed to get the love scenes so intimate without having to be so graphic. I think the only part of their love scenes that I would have changed were those moments they seemed like they wanted to push just a little further but in the end didn't. For eg. those moments where it looks like they want to take the other's finger in their mouth but just kind of kiss around it. That always makes me wish they had gone for it😂😂. 32 countries!? Quanto a cena de sexo palmas pra ambas as Priscilas pois elas souberam demonstrar todos sentimentos que suas personagens estavam sentindo: Valentina totalmente excitada e mostrando que sabia dar prazer pra esposa (são 10 anos conhecendo o corpo da esposa) mas sempre pedindo permissão pra Luíza pra não ultrapassar nenhuma barreira e assustar a esposa e Luíza nervosa mas ao mesmo tempo também excitada pelo o que estava por vir e redescobrindo o que é sentir prazer. Essa cena sempre será minha favorita, a do S02E04 vem logo atrás. Could of been Val wanting Lu to be sure that it's truly what she wants for herself and their relationship before they take that next step again and Val commits herself to being vulnerable to hurt from Lu. Val wants Lu to make a clear decision to move forward, not be swept away in the moment.
Yeah😄. I think Val said they should stop because, even though she'd planned the day around them finally being able to sleep together again, she was giving Luiza an out if she needed it. Val was letting her know that, if she wasn't ready, now would be the time to stop because otherwise, that was where the night was heading. Val has always been really careful to move things at Luiza's pace when it comes to their sexual relationship. Despite her teasing in s2x3, s2x6 etc. she always waits for Lu to come to her.

There's a definite trauma that she's working through and defined triggers for that trauma, so rather, she should have probed into what's happening to be able to put a name to it. But when something is happening that threatens Lu (or Leo) that's when all bets are off. Here, I think it's that element of not knowing what's wrong that makes Val panic a little bit. She's so concerned about Lu and wants to make things better and touch is such an instinctive way for her to do that, that she keeps reaching out.

i think another reason why they didn't go back to val's parents' house earlier would be because val didn't know how to deal with her mum without luh's support and/or comfort afterwards and if they went before this point val might have been convinced that that wouldn't have happened. Firstly, I had to remind myself that they (actresses and crew) were still new to SW, so their first love/sex scene might seems a bit „stiff”. They weren't at the same level of comfort and intimacy as with the masterpiece of 04x02 or 08x02. But, what I found fascinating to watch, was the differences and similarities in acting choices for both Pris.
I'll go with differences first. Tent scene, Valen's shyness and a dash of fear to give up the control and make herself exposed and vunerable for Lu (15:33 of 04). While in 08x01 in the bedroom, we see Val in total control. As you say: „Val is like: it's all abt you. Don't distract me.” I fucking adore how observant and concentrated on Lu's pleasure, she is (same as in 04x02). In the tent scene she wants to give pleasure, but she also craves Luiza's touch and wants to take pleasure from her. In 08x01 after all of this waiting, she just wants all of Lu for herself. 100% attention on Lu. I 'm even willing to risk, that she needn't Luiza to return „the favor” ;) And the things that Biuar's face does in these scenes, ooof. It's so subtle, but damn she delivers perfectly.
As for similarities, I really applaud Reis here. She really acts in both Luiza's first times as if it's the first time for the character. The pleasure on Lu's face is identical in both, tent scene 15:25 and 08x01 11:30. But what is even more fascinating, and where I got fond of 08x01 and Buiar's especially, is that desperation/pleasure/want and need that she enacts in 15:24 of 04 College and 11:16 of 08x01. For me Valen takes as much pleasure from finally touchnig Lu as she gives it to her. Class acting from Bubu here! Very subtle, very nuanced, but oh boi, oh girl.🥵😁

And now I really need to know was that Jana's fault, did she do, say something to Lulu that triggerd her and the accident or was it the postpartum depression thing.🤨 Season 3 asap! I hope they will address that.

2. To your point at 8:15 I think it’s the blood. Blood is generally a trigger for Lu, remember the dream/nightmare she woke up from in the previous episode, which I think also has to do with the miscarriage. I think when Lu saw Leo’s bloody knee, she got triggered for a second and went into crisis and autopilot since that nightmare is still fresh and she still has that dilemma/conflict and sense of guilt inside of her. Remember how S2E1, she told Val that she always had felt that feeling of guilt and had no idea where it came from. Also, I totally agree with you, I would have loved to see that acknowledgement too because in real life when someone, specially your significant other, goes into that “Fly away” mode, one normally touches that person either hand or face and go “Hey, come back. Are you okay? Look at me, you’re fine”. I would have also loved to see it but remember my baby Val doesn’t deal with any emotions well lmao so it weirdly makes sense
3. Love scene: first of all, all of this happened and the intro wasn’t even played yet lmao And how long was that scene!!! JEEZUS and shall we talk about the fact that they’re wearing each other’s PJ. This black shirt Lu is wearing is the same shirt Valentina was wearing when Luiza kicked her out of the room saying “I’m not sleeping in this bed with you “ lol anyway, this scene was my #1 love/sex scene and then there was S2E4 scene, sooo I’ll say it’s one of my favorites. I loved how it wasn’t rushed and Valentina kinda asked permission throughout the whole thing because for Val, this is known territory vs for Lu, it’s rediscovering time. Nothing guaranteed that she’d love it even when the attraction and sexual tension are there. And Valentina ABSOLUTELY set the stage; she set the tone, the lighting, the camera and the action, what else do you want from my baby 😂😂😂 and it’s ALWAYS the eye contact for me at 14:40 and 17:11 🤦🏽♀️😂🤦🏽♀️ And shall we talk about the music for this scene!? The editing and photography teams did such a great job with this episode, setting up the dark mood, the tense atmosphere, the music, the girls delivery, the switch between now and the past when Luiza sat down… Now Leave it to my Baby Valentina to shake someone when they’re having a whole crisis and breakdown, instead of giving them space and help them breathe to come back to reality🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️LAWD! 😂😂😂 She doesn’t know how to deal with emotions. LMAOO😂😂😂 I don’t think their house is overly big on emotions. Not from Ice-queen Catarina, not from saint-Bernard Marcus. Igor’s a guy which means the norm probably involved some degree of emotional suppression, especially when they were growing up. On the other hand, Lu is the middle child (as opposed to Valentina being the last), she has sisters who are no strangers to emotions. Her best friend is Duda, also very expressive and emotional. And on and on. Generally, it seems from their lives that Lu is far better equipped to deal with emotions than Val.

She knows it would destroy Val, 'casue as we already know, all Val wanted her whole young and adolescent life, was Catarina's approval, attention and love. So Marcos tries but at the end stays in his corner. And Igor takes after his father. If Marcos stays silent and doesn't say anything firmly to take Valen's side, then maybe mum is right with all this critic...

3. No no, BIT Buiar’s butt. Buiar went to the stairs first to walk up to the room, and Reis said she thought it was a great idea, so she bit it just a little bit. Then the team cut it and edited it out because they thought it was too clumsy. As for not kissing you know-what, Pugliese mentioned on interviews that she doesn't like very graphic scenes, she wants the sex scenes to be sensual, erotic, passionate and beautiful. Pugliese says that Pontoação is not doing porn. Pugliese talks to the actresses about what they would feel comfortable with. From this point on, many spoilers from behind the scenes and interviews with youtubers. There were only two camera people: Apóstolo e Nia. Pugliese said that if Buiar and Reis were not okay with Apóstolo, she would respect the actresses' wishes, but she made sure Buiar and Reis understood that Apóstolo was very important. I really like that PA can see the line between a beautiful, intimate, sensual scene and porn. I actually prefer that they've managed to get the love scenes so intimate without having to be so graphic.
I think the only part of their love scenes that I would have changed were those moments they seemed like they wanted to push just a little further but in the end didn't. For eg. those moments where it looks like they want to take the other's finger in their mouth but just kind of kiss around it. That always makes me wish they had gone for it😂😂.

Quanto a cena de sexo palmas pra ambas as Priscilas pois elas souberam demonstrar todos sentimentos que suas personagens estavam sentindo: Valentina totalmente excitada e mostrando que sabia dar prazer pra esposa (são 10 anos conhecendo o corpo da esposa) mas sempre pedindo permissão pra Luíza pra não ultrapassar nenhuma barreira e assustar a esposa e Luíza nervosa mas ao mesmo tempo também excitada pelo o que estava por vir e redescobrindo o que é sentir prazer. Essa cena sempre será minha favorita, a do S02E04 vem logo atrás. A sequência da casinha da árvore até a cena final é de tirar o fôlego do começo ao fim e mais uma vez ambas as Priscilas deram o nome. E a homenagem ao falecido pai da Priscila Reis foi de uma delicadeza ímpar.
Eu também; parece muito provável que Catarina esteja por trás do colapso inicial de Luiza. Você destacou suas emoções lindamente😊. Adorei a forma como as duas Priscilas estavam em sintonia com os sentimentos de seus personagens nessa cena de amor também. Valentina, desesperada, mas ainda respeitosa. Luiza, animada e um pouco nervosa, mas sempre confiante no quanto Valentina a deseja; foi uma cena linda😄.
Devo dizer que a cena do S2E4 agora é minha favorita de todos os tempos😂😂 mas essa cena está definitivamente em segundo lugar.
A cena da casa na árvore foi incrivelmente poderosa e comovente e também achei a homenagem ao pai do Reis incrivelmente atenciosa❤️.

Could of been Val wanting Lu to be sure that it's truly what she wants for herself and their relationship before they take that next step again and Val commits herself to being vulnerable to hurt from Lu. Val wants Lu to make a clear decision to move forward, not be swept away in the moment.

Yeah😄. I think Val said they should stop because, even though she'd planned the day around them finally being able to sleep together again, she was giving Luiza an out if she needed it. Val was letting her know that, if she wasn't ready, now would be the time to stop because otherwise, that was where the night was heading. Val has always been really careful to move things at Luiza's pace when it comes to their sexual relationship. Despite her teasing in s2x3, s2x6 etc. she always waits for Lu to come to her.
