Guy's..... never in my life have I been so drawn to a documentary. So far, this has absolutely been the best damn thing I have seen in my life. I cant describe how many itches that have been scratched in this one production. Im stuck, amazing job guys. Im here for the long run

I'm going out on a limb here (no pun intended) about the tree - but these balloons typically seem to have a "Happy Birthday" theme. Plugging that phrase into the cipher gives one particularly jarring result: "wand of the force". Interesting that these balloons could be interpreted like the wands mentioned before - a force of immobilization, saying "Stop! Pay attention!" in that moment. Possibly related, "balloon" itself, as a term, comes out as "sign" in the cipher. Am I reading too much into this? Maybe. But interesting none-the-less.
This series is slowly but surely ruining relaxing hikes through the woods for me...🤓

I watching through the whole series for the second time. And my mind is no less blown this time than from the first time. I hope to meet you guys…somewhere in time.
After I finished this series, I went home from my boyfriend’s and found a single white balloon in the lobby of my apartment building at 2 am. The room was completely empty. You could say I was spooked. Lol
At least it wasn't a floating red balloon.. ooof *cringe* o.O

Dr. Bruce Lipton, PhD, has done research into cell life and cellular consciousness and has come to the conclusion that We do not exist in the brain or body. He stated that we are not “the TV set, we are the signal to the TV set. Brake the TV and the signal is still there you just need a new TV” to start again. Theory: If we are just the signal (physics is complicated but it looks like that’s where we are heading) what is stopping something or someone from highjacking that signal to invoke an “alien abduction” or a cryptid experience, etc. Big theory and hard to put in a nut shell on a comment section, but there you have it.

I've experienced similar body language and fixation in patients with histories of manipulative behavior. I think you backed off on the idea of him being behind the Terry Wriste persona too easily, but maybe seeing the episodes after this one will explain that.

when he said the 'initiation' might take 20 years or 40 years or AN HOUR AND A HALF it seemed very strange to me, he must have thought it possible that it might all come to an end during the course of their conversation, suggesting he had answers, or secrets, which could collapse the whole thing...

I came to read the comments to see if anyone else thought this! Major red flags here! It all seems like a great way for him to plug his books, get attention and play games. He’s clearly the orchestrator behind all this.
@@datapunk2282 I wish I could explain better than this, but the information genuinely _does_ tie together according to Rosicrucian beliefs. I.e. Freemasonry at the highest levels. Sure, Amy sounds like a trap, but that's the whole point. Everything is nothing but a clue towards where to work towards in the future, and clearly they have done an absolutely astounding job this far.
Green is talking in the kind of double speak that is typical of occult inclined people. It's something you develop when you cant talk openly, so there is allot of wrapping your words around concepts that you expect the other person to understand. At the end he is trying to warn them that chasing Wriste will amount to them getting lost in a hall of mirrors and they should stay focused on walking the path. This guy knows what he is talking about.

Cheers from Costa Rica. There is a lot of tales about kids like playing in the caves in the woods here "duendes" we call them. My father had an experience/dream in "Cavernas de Venado" with small footprints.
We call them the Kerzelek in Slavic folklore from my ancestry. They live in mine shafts, and cave systems and serve as protectors of underground minerals; crystal, gold, metals, ect. They act like American Tommy Knockers as at times they will warn you of a cave/tunnel/mine shaft collapse or polluted air by knocking on the beams or surrounding walls of each particular enclosure. In fact, every culture from around the world has legends of little people who live in these sorts of areas and whom have a spiritual or existential purpose to how they behave.
Interesting, shamans in South America will say “Happy Birthday” to people after they have had their first immersed psychedelic experience and experience the reality behind the reality. Much love, white light and warm thoughts 💕
This is more in line with the previous episode but I had a memory randomly pop into my head while waiting for this episode to load.
My dad served during Vietnam. He unfortunately passed when I was little but when he got home from the war he refused to tell anyone anything about his time over there, the one time he actually spoke about it was to his brother-in-law. When dad found out he was thinking of joining the service they had a private chat together. Whatever my dad told him caused this man not only to avoid all military service but he swore as well that he would take whatever my dad told him to his grave and as far as I know they both kept their word.
It was probably just horrors of war stuff and not paranormal but I did find it weird that I haven't really thought about that for at least 15 years and suddenly a series I found due to randomly watching Sam & Colby talking to Connor at the Stanley Hotel brings up that memory lol.
Anyone who thinks Greenfield orchestrated this from the start has to be out of their minds unless they are implicating the Newkirks and Co too. And 7 LONG years of online documented mentions of this phenomenon for what? Shitty Book sales? They had no idea this doc would take off and do well so why go down this weird ass road with them for a chance of a minor spike in sales of an OLD book? Now AG is NOT a genuine dude. He’s giving info but he’s reading the room too and answering in terms that he’s long learned to create an air of mystery and make it seem like he knows more than others. Go talk to any psychic book store owner. They do it too. They all do it. He may want to get something out of this now that its a thing but he’s not with it enough to have been the wind in the air in the sails of this ship. My guess is he’s just the cause of some of the swells in water. Now that he’s been alerted he’ll use it to his advantage or try to have influence in some way. Doesn’t mean he started or has and end goal.
Interesting that you say he couldn't be "in the wind" because I agree that no one could precisely place a balloon, that is not tied down, to cross paths with a specific person, (or their friend) without it blowing away. and I don't see Alan out there setting this up. I mean, how would he know where they're gonna be anyway?
Greenfield all but admits hes Wriste in this interview saying Terry would love to show up and be around but by doing something like pump their gas. Greenfield is dping something, filling up with knowledge and sending them on their ways without coming out and saying hes doing it.
It’s possible, but I’ve listened to Greenfield on podcasts that the Hellier team have done on separate occasions, I really just don’t buy it, Greenfield has just spent his life in a reality tunnel full of magick in real life and is also familiar with fictional works of “initiation”, so it’s not hard to see him seeing their story as such whether it is or not.
Absolutely love this Doco , A lot of information to get my head around .

I dont think green is terry. I think maybe he just displays a bit of narcasism that comes accross like he knows more than he does. Some people get a kick out of it.

The 8th Tower : On Ultraterrestrials and the Superspectrum. I'm rereading it now and thought of you all.
Mothman Prophecies is also a great book by Keel. I wish this team would continue these types of investigations. Not a lot of investigators really target the whole "high strangeness" phenomena. I guess the most popular is Skinwalker Ranch, which if you haven't read it, do so, because if you like Keel you will enjoy Hunt for the Skinwalker by Kelleher and Knapp. I emailed the Hellier crew and urged them to investigate equally strange but lesser known spots, such as Bradshaw Ranch in Sedona AZ and Stardust Ranch also in AZ. Both have all types of weird happenings that have been corroborated by multiple witnesses of the same events. Bradshaw was taken over by BLM and is no access, but Stardust ranch is very active - I heard the owner was trying to sell a few years ago. He always said that if people thought he was crazy, to come spend one night at the ranch. He claims, as well as several independent psychics he hired, that there is an active portal on the ranch that is primarily used by alien greys - which he has caught on security cams and even during a taped interview. Check it out if you like high strangeness.

Have you ever looked at the time stamps on your photos and videos and noticed any correlations? Like about 39 minutes into S2E7 is when your friend finds the balloon near the exact time Tyler finds his? And the time stamps of both your friend's and the camera shooting you guys finding the balloon at the fallen tree are running neck and neck...at about 39 seconds in. Just found it interesting.

As a Celtic Witch myself, and knowing what I know about the magic that is in every part of existence in KY... I kept seeing very clear markers for ritualistic ideals and principles. It might help to remember that magic and the way it's practiced, is unique and personal to the individual. Mountain magic is a different than anything else on Earth. It doesn't look like "mainstream witchcraft". The tradition, lineage, and history of the beliefs is vital in this demographic.

Love this series. While some parts seem staged it’s entertaining, original and thought provoking nonetheless with that what-ifs. If it’s not staged in any way then wow and kudos for not being shills like all the other paranormal shows.

I think they are using the NAEQ (New Aeon English Qabalah) for their calculations. I don't know much about it, but it looks to be based off of Crowley's Liber AL. You can google NAEQ calculator and look more into it.

So my birthday was August 17 and took the day off to prep for my first vacation in almost a decade. On the way back from a stressful day of trying to get my phone screen fixed, I see a Happy Birthday balloon outside my apartment complex and it’s positioned by the road where when I looked passed it I saw where I usually parked my car. Kind saw it as the universe telling me Happy Birthday.
Not sure if I'd seen it mentioned in the prior comments, but the way you moved that tree out of the way, is kinda like how you'd open a gate into a farm. Like if you see those old farms, you see those big metal gates. You looked like a farmer does when theyopen that gate.

I was thinking about Sasquatch! specifically because the tree definitely looks like it's been pushed over and the balloon is placed deliberately at The base of the trunk. The howl after they find the balloon also sounds like a Sasquatch
