According to ONE Boros is not God level. Which is hard to believe. Especially considering his feats in the anime. But with that information I'd consider him the highest of dragons. I genuinely believe Boros could have destroyed the planet if Saitama had not been there to stop him. I dont think he would have since he was looking for a good fight. I cant really say I believe carnage kabuto is even high dragon. He was beaten by zombieman. He could maybe be beaten by metal bat? And its questionable if G4 genoe could be considered dragon level. And his greatest feat is pushing super alloy darkshine to his max power which sounds great on paper until you realise darkshine's greatest feat is beating kabuto... Well it comes from the author statement of Orochi being Golden Sperm equal, but Orochi has superior technique. Putting statement aside, before Woke Garou's arrival all of S-class including injured Tatsumaki can't do anything to GS. Not only GS shrugged off Tatsumaki's telekinesis and blitz her, he also can keep up with woke Garou briefly before his defeat. So yeah his position as the strongest dragon level in MA is undeniable. As cool and strong phoenix man is, getting buffed from a trash fodder demon level that got one shoted by Child emperor to High dragon in the manga adaptation is great already.

Also the punch that sea king took.. the punch sent the rain 6 blocks away but didnt do any damage to the buildings around because saitama was cautious of the last incident.

Drew Keenan True the emperor nova is maybe close to the 1 arm blast that Orochi used against Saitama under ground and we saw the utter destruction that it caused even to the above city. And the emperor nova passes across the moon in seconds. Considering that distance the blast was most likely traveling at light speed. And Phoenix man survived it.

I'd love a backstory for these kinds of high tier monsters like Black Sp or Evil Natural water. It would be sooooo interesting to see whether Black Sp was a guy with split personality disorder who turned into a monster or something like that or if evil natural water was the result of some crazy natural disaster or lab experiment gone wrong. i actually think phoenix man is above dragon. Although his abilities are not on par with the other dragons, his potential for growth was the highest. He dies, gets resurrected, becomes stronger.
I disagree with a good few things on this list. First off Beefcake should be much higher on the list. His strength feats are better than anyone on this list hell he has one of the best strength feats in the series! You've put gouketsu higher than him on the list and his only proper feat is his strength feat which was him destroying park of the stadium with the force of his punch. Do you want to know who did that but better? thats right its beefcake! He destroyed a TOWN with the force of his attack. His size is a big factor to why his feat is more impressive but unless he was also incredibly strong he wouldn't be able to do that. The hole he made when fighting saitama is an even more impressive feat, the only characters to accomplish something similar is orochi and brave giant's nova cannon. My next problem is your reasoning for why Phoenix man is so high. I agree hes a high dragon THREAT but not as powerful as a high dragon. In his last form he was about as strong as a mid dragon. He has no strength feats that would put him at high dragon level, the only strength feat he has is ripping apart brave giant which is impressive but he could already damage brave giant in his first form and and the ninja bros whos offense is considered to be low dragon could also chip away at brave giant. He also doesn't have any high dragon durability feats, his main durability feat is surviving the emperor nova cannon but thats purely because he can absorb energy. If Phoenix man was hit by a physical attack as powerful as the emperor nova cannon he would die. The damage he took from the attack was from not being able to handle all the energy he was absorbing and it started to overload him. Thats VERY different to actually being hit by the attack. My last problem is how high Evil nature water is. ENW (evil natural water) is very powerful but he shouldn't be that high up on the list. Hes hard to deal with through normal means like physical attacks but if you have a counter for him even character much weaker than him overall can kill ENW. If your attacks have a lot of wind pressure like beefcakes or gouketsu you can effect him and potentially kill him, if you have fire attacks or energy attacks that can outpace his water regen you can kill him and finally if you have psychic powers you can blow him away and kill him (as long as you finish him off properly not like what tatsu did). His attacks are fast and powerful but we don't really have a great idea of how fast or powerful they are, they didn't hit anyone with high dragon durability and even characters like child emperor could dodge his attacks. To top all this off hes fucking stupid not even stupid he can't think he just reacts to negative emotions and attacks you can easy contain him and beat him in a fight. I only have 1 other problem but its nothing major, i'm just unsure if carnage mode kabuto is a high dragon or not, if he is a mid dragon hes one of the strongest. It really doesn't matter if hes the lowest high dragon or strongest mid dragon. I've also seen people talk about gyoro (psykos) and I agree she shouldn't be on the list I dont think shes a high dragon either. Her feats are impressive but she hasn't done anything that puts her on the level of these other characters. If she isn't a mid dragon then who is? I'm not sure its fair to put Rover above Elder Centipede-- Yes, Rover survived a punch which EC didn't, but EC's first punch was a serious punch, which I think is fair to assume that Rover wouldn't have survived himself, given that it even took out Boros, which I think is fair to assume is stronger and more durable than Rover.
yeah i don't think you can call anything from "surviving a punch from saitama". it's not like they're all the same force. the result is just a difference in intent. saitama can one shot anyone, he doesn't because doesn't want to. sometimes he means to kill a monster but slightly underestimates it so it survives, but that means the monster is stronger than saitama thought it was, not that it was stronger than other monsters.
By your same logic we can't say Elder Centipede is stronger, considering his feats are inferior. This is based on feats and statements not headcanon or how strong you THINK a monster is. And by feats Rover>Centipede in durability.

I feel like Golden-S should be on high dragon, I think people overestimate him, though that may chance in the manga. None of his feats are particularly impressive to me. He beat Tatsumaki yeah, but she was weakened so that really gives us no data since we don't know if Weakened Tatsumaki was still above dragon, most likely not. Then there are the statements of Amai Mask, which I honestly take with a grain of salt since he underestimates the other heroes. In the end, he's been stated to be similar to Orochi, who I don't think is above dragon since Orochi + Pyskos + god boost + Elixer + planet energy was still significantly below Tatsumaki. And got his ass kicked by pre-woke Garou. Him and Orochi can be at the top of high dragon together for me. Above dragon belongs to Tats, AG, and Boros.

saitama said he had no intent to kill him.. Saitama can manipulate his punches flow... Like the death punch aimed towards genos but didnt hit him. Also the punch that sea king took.. the punch sent the rain 6 blocks away but didnt do any damage to the buildings around because saitama was cautious of the last incident.

Drew Keenan True the emperor nova is maybe close to the 1 arm blast that Orochi used against Saitama under ground and we saw the utter destruction that it caused even to the above city. And the emperor nova passes across the moon in seconds. Considering that distance the blast was most likely traveling at light speed. And Phoenix man survived it.

I'd love a backstory for these kinds of high tier monsters like Black Sp or Evil Natural water. It would be sooooo interesting to see whether Black Sp was a guy with split personality disorder who turned into a monster or something like that or if evil natural water was the result of some crazy natural disaster or lab experiment gone wrong.

When Saitama fights Awakened Garou and he transforms into his big monster form there's something up that's weird and not related to Garou. Saitama says: ''The wind. Something is coming.'' while Garou is still transforming. Note that he isn't looking at Garou, he's looking on another direction when he says it. He isn't refering to Garou when he says ''something is coming''. Take a look at the 2 pages i'm referring to before denying.

I disagree with a good few things on this list. First off Beefcake should be much higher on the list. His strength feats are better than anyone on this list hell he has one of the best strength feats in the series! You've put gouketsu higher than him on the list and his only proper feat is his strength feat which was him destroying park of the stadium with the force of his punch. Do you want to know who did that but better? thats right its beefcake! He destroyed a TOWN with the force of his attack. His size is a big factor to why his feat is more impressive but unless he was also incredibly strong he wouldn't be able to do that. The hole he made when fighting saitama is an even more impressive feat, the only characters to accomplish something similar is orochi and brave giant's nova cannon.
My next problem is your reasoning for why Phoenix man is so high. I agree hes a high dragon THREAT but not as powerful as a high dragon. In his last form he was about as strong as a mid dragon. He has no strength feats that would put him at high dragon level, the only strength feat he has is ripping apart brave giant which is impressive but he could already damage brave giant in his first form and and the ninja bros whos offense is considered to be low dragon could also chip away at brave giant. He also doesn't have any high dragon durability feats, his main durability feat is surviving the emperor nova cannon but thats purely because he can absorb energy. If Phoenix man was hit by a physical attack as powerful as the emperor nova cannon he would die. The damage he took from the attack was from not being able to handle all the energy he was absorbing and it started to overload him. Thats VERY different to actually being hit by the attack.
My last problem is how high Evil nature water is. ENW (evil natural water) is very powerful but he shouldn't be that high up on the list. Hes hard to deal with through normal means like physical attacks but if you have a counter for him even character much weaker than him overall can kill ENW. If your attacks have a lot of wind pressure like beefcakes or gouketsu you can effect him and potentially kill him, if you have fire attacks or energy attacks that can outpace his water regen you can kill him and finally if you have psychic powers you can blow him away and kill him (as long as you finish him off properly not like what tatsu did). His attacks are fast and powerful but we don't really have a great idea of how fast or powerful they are, they didn't hit anyone with high dragon durability and even characters like child emperor could dodge his attacks. To top all this off hes fucking stupid not even stupid he can't think he just reacts to negative emotions and attacks you can easy contain him and beat him in a fight.
I only have 1 other problem but its nothing major, i'm just unsure if carnage mode kabuto is a high dragon or not, if he is a mid dragon hes one of the strongest. It really doesn't matter if hes the lowest high dragon or strongest mid dragon. I've also seen people talk about gyoro (psykos) and I agree she shouldn't be on the list I dont think shes a high dragon either. Her feats are impressive but she hasn't done anything that puts her on the level of these other characters. If she isn't a mid dragon then who is? Mid dragon isn't bad it still means you are very powerful you just aren't on of the top dogs.

I'm not sure its fair to put Rover above Elder Centipede-- Yes, Rover survived a punch which EC didn't, but EC's first punch was a serious punch, which I think is fair to assume that Rover wouldn't have survived himself, given that it even took out Boros, which I think is fair to assume is stronger and more durable than Rover.
yeah i don't think you can call anything from "surviving a punch from saitama". it's not like they're all the same force. the result is just a difference in intent. saitama can one shot anyone, he doesn't because doesn't want to. sometimes he means to kill a monster but slightly underestimates it so it survives, but that means the monster is stronger than saitama thought it was, not that it was stronger than other monsters.
By your same logic we can't say Elder Centipede is stronger, considering his feats are inferior. This is based on feats and statements not headcanon or how strong you THINK a monster is. And by feats Rover>Centipede in durability.

I feel like Golden-S should be on high dragon, I think people overestimate him, though that may chance in the manga.
None of his feats are particularly impressive to me. He beat Tatsumaki yeah, but she was weakened so that really gives us no data since we don't know if Weakened Tatsumaki was still above dragon, most likely not.
Then there are the statements of Amai Mask, which I honestly take with a grain of salt since he underestimates the other heroes.
In the end, he's been stated to be similar to Orochi, who I don't think is above dragon since Orochi + Pyskos + god boost + Elixer + planet energy was still significantly below Tatsumaki. And got his ass kicked by pre-woke Garou.
Him and Orochi can be at the top of high dragon together for me.
Above dragon belongs to Tats, AG, and Boros.
