I think reboxes of the missing Aeronautica Imperialis models are pretty likely, alongside the last models from the starter box seeing standalone release. And I’m predicting 8mm Mechanicum get teased, but aren’t on the way just yet. Not completely certain about this one, and I wouldn’t be exactly disappointed to be wrong, but I feel like those reboxes are coming before this at least. Similarly, I think plastic replacements for the resin in the range will be coming earlier than Mechanicum, or maybe even alongside them. As for Primarchs, I think they’re a long way off, but could come in plastic single sprue boxes of a Primarch and some legion-specific units, somewhere around the £25 pricepoint each.
As much as its fun to get excited, I think it'll be something as simple as announcing preorders for predators/russes or maybe even a new production run of the fliers. They did say around a month ago they'd be cutting back on heresy releases for a while, presumably to try and catch up on production. We may get an announcement for the expansion book though, btw i doubt it would be phall that was a space battle if you remember. Probably wont be tomorrow but i think we're likely to get imperators sooner rather than later though. While its hard to speculate on how well LI is doing sales wise, the production bottleneck at the very least seems to have slowed the games growth. An announcement as big as 'the first modern imperator model' is the perfect PR hype machine to pull more people to the game.
Preview shows don’t tend to announce pre-revealed things. For example, the Deathleaper was barely mentioned in the Tyranids reveal with everything going towards the new reveals. So I don’t expect we’ll see reboxes announced. And they said they’d slow down on the news until Age of Sigmar 4 was settled - and we just had that big reveal… I’m cautiously optimistic!
I don't think we will see a new faction so *early*, not until both existing armies feel somewhat more complete. Book and already shown units are a gives, so exspect Artillery and a Fellblade/Glaive kit for the Astartes and lighter walkers (the analogue we got for 30k) and Aurox transports, if the later is true maybe even a Carnodon, possibly more leman russ/malcador variants
I’m just hoping they finally release things like Xiphons, Storm Eagles, and Fire Raptors. I know we’ve had rules for them since the start but it’s just one frustrating piece of the puzzle missing.

Some very nice predictions, and I like your logic behind them. I am going to predict, new tanks, as there are some missing. And a new titan. Not necessarily an impirator, but I think something big and stompy, as we had some warhound varients, or maybe a lucius pattern warlord.

GW love their hype hyperbole and to over promise and under deliver. I just want the shadow sword though so not complaining at all.

I think people should be careful for wishing for a Imperator Titan… either it’s going to be “proper” size, like a foot tall, and it WILL be made from resin (no way GW will be willing to sell Gundam levels of plastic sprues) and cost many hundreds of moneys; or it’ll be downscaled to fit into the game system and GW plastic product catalogue (eg a bit bigger than a Warmaster) and everyone will be upset that it’s not a foot tall. I don’t think there is a way for them to do it to make everyone happy…
The scale of the imperator titan is so inconsistent, basically anything they release someone will have had a different vision. The warmaster is about 40 metres tall, and most of the modern lore settles the imperator between 50 and 60 metres, so we’re not looking much bigger than 28mm Cerastus in height (plus any buildings you want to put on its back). Again - I’m not predicting it yet but it seems like it will come.
I think we could have a Battle of the Schadenhold. And how epic would it be alongside the stuff we're missing already, all of the predictions here are teased?

I want siege oriented expansin - legion artillery (medusa, basilisk, arquitor), siege tanks (typhon, vindicator, scorpius) and some infantry (mk3 breachers, terminator command squad (siege breaker consul?), mk3 heavy support squads).
I kinda hope that we see more obscure titans like the carnivore, rapier, seige, etc
