  • Writing follows its own laws of motion and once you start the process, you need to take advantage of your momentum and keep up the pace! But this can be hard if you don't have a plan in place. In this episode, Dr. Emily Zarka discusses Drafting Techniques that can help get started and have a strong plan to guide our process so that we can keep moving onward.

It had been twenty years since my last English class, when I decided to continue my degree at ASU. I was doing fine grade-wise but having a lot of anxiety about writing History papers because I had forgotten the process. This series helped me realize I am not the only one dealing with this anxiety, and gave me valuable tools to continue with less stress. Thanks!

We're so glad we can help! And remember you're probably a better writer than you were 20 years ago, regardless of how much you practiced!
