    Uma pergunta, U + K não seria m*(w^2)*(A^2) ? pois vai ser (1/2) + (1/2) da fórmula ??

      Ele colocou em evidência (1/2) * m * (w^2)* (A^2) * [ sen^2(wt+fi) + cos^2(wt+fi) ] , porém [sen^2(wt+fi)+cos^2(wt+fi)] = 1
