OMG the best. I made it through almost til the end. My abs got so tight I had to do every other on the last set. Day 3 and I felt it after day 1. I love these are simple but hits the spots!

Im gonna try this starting tomorrow and give you all a day by day review. Day1: Yeah felt the burn but not enough. I'll add this to my other workout routine. But yeah, I did sweat lol. See you tomorrow Day 2: Hmm, will have to do this regimen twice over tomorrow. Didn't feel it as much today Day 3: Work was too draining. Honestly, skipped Day 4: Holy shit. I mixed this with my 100 pushup plus 20 sit up a day Challenge plus punches and I'm fucking finished 😆. I'm sweating buckets, my abs and arms are sore. THIS IS IT! THIS IS THE FEELING OF PROGRESS. See ya tomorrow Day 5: Huh... my jeans that were tight around my waist aren't so tight anymore. Day 6: plus my other routine, over this past week I've lost 1.3KG. Ok. Three weeks later and this is what I have to say: THIS WILL NOT MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT WITHIN A 2 WEEK PERIOD. Listen, first this won't be enough of a work out to lose fat, just build muscle. Your abs will gain some but your fat loss will be minimal. First, do what this video tells you three times over. Second do other work outs. I make it a point to do at least 70-100 push ups a day with this. Then I do some dumbell exercises. Then lower your food intake. Not a diet but if you used to fill a plate, now eat only 70% of that and then 50% and so on. That's all I have to say. Lost around 4kg in two weeks with that. Wish you all the best!!
