I doesn’t have a "Hurst 4 speed"! There is no such thing! Hurst makes shifters NOT transmissions. Studebaker used Borg-Warner supplied T-10 4 speed transmissions and shifters. And further, to this the Hurst shifter this car has is a later high-performance aftermarket add on.
T handle , arm and boot all say Hurst ...it is an original 4 speed so ....to most normal non anal people its a Hurst 4 speed. lol I am fully aware of what your stating... Hurst is a add on to many stock muscle cars.
