    I got the big one, 2 inners & vestibule. I'm SO excited to set this thing up this spring. I spent over 3 years trying to pick one out and it was between the one in the video and the one I bought went with the bigger one though usually by myself room for firewood to stay dry or to have company room to cook on the tent stove, I've used my stove for over a year while saving for the tent. / Great video man!

      @BadWolf3742 cheers buddy 😁 you will have the best of both worlds with the 4 man Massif, if by yourself you'll be able to store days worth of firewood 👌 let me know how you get on with it 😀 thanks for watching and commenting, it's really appreciated, atb Paul 🙏🏕🏕🏕😁

    Thanks for the review. Just a bit late for me as mine arrived several weeks ago.
    This is my first hot tent and my first actual tent in many years. (Been a hammock camper for years.) Took it out for a test run last week in the Adirondack Mountains in northern NY, USA, just south of the Canadian border. Temps were below freezing ea night and the tent stayed hot and toasty as long as I fed the stove with good hard wood every few hours. My 0°F quilt from my hammock was my back-up and I skipped feeding the stove the second half of the night. (Rule 1: Never rely on a stove to keep you alive. Carry gear to survive without it if need be.)
    Tent has more than enough space for 1 person or 2 if you are particularly fond of each other. This trip I was car camping by myself and for the first time, I went full luxury and had a cot, chair and table and a stack of firewood. (Don't ask about the refrigerator, the 2400 watt power supply and the small induction cooker in the Jeep.) With all that, there was still room to maneuver in the tent and tend the stove and stretch my legs.
    Most of the camping I plan to do with this tent this winter will be in northern wilderness areas, snowshoeing in and pulling my gear in a pulk. I'm removing the inner mesh tent for the cold months (No mosquitos flying when the temps are well below freezing and the snow is measured in feet.) I've ordered a separate bathtub floor, slightly smaller than in the mesh tent, to provide a dry space for the sleeping area which will open up the interior even more. If I bring a cot, there is still a dry floor for storing stuff below it.
    Didn't have much rain that trip. One review I've seen mentioned very slight moisture at the vent seams but no actual leaking. I had lots of wind, and as mentioned, the stove jack high up helps keep the stove pipe vertical and stable. Still, guy it out at the top for safety.
    This tent was worth every penny I spent and I'm taking it back north soon when the real winter comes.

      Cheers buddy, yeah it's a cracking tent, plenty of room, and keeps the heat in nicely, I'm a hammock camper too, and nothing is as comfortable as that, but this is a good 2nd place. Agreed, never rely on the stove, that's why I always take the full winter sleep system. I plan to also run mine without the bug mesh for some more room, I'm just going to use one of my tent footprints to make a dry area. Sounds like you've got some awesome plans for the winter, that's my kinda fun 😁 thanks for watching and commenting, it's really appreciated, atb Paul 🙏🏕🏕🏕😁

      Od have to check the make on it, as it was given to me, but it's very similar to my pomoly lonewolf stove. They're great tents mate, I'm sure you will love it 😁 thanks for watching and commenting, it's really appreciated, atb Paul 🙏🏕🏕🏕😁

    Can you setup in the bedroom area.. yes agree with you about natural shite ie nature copy .. one thing i hate about that company they copy ever one

    • @ACumbrianladoutdoors
      @ACumbrianladoutdoors  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You can sit up no problem in the bedroom area, there's even more height there if you remove the inner, as the mesh doesn't go all the way to the top. It's a brilliant hot tent mate 👌 thanks for watching and commenting, it's really appreciated, atb Paul 🙏🏕🏕🏕😁
