yeah cool 10-15 knots of winds it goes fast, how does it behave in 40 knots? If it can truly go anywhere then you should show us how its superior to other blue water cruisers in those conditions...
-_- a bit of a nosense comment. It has an A certification, like other brands and they don't get it as if by magic. They are designed to withstand winds exceeding force 8 ( Beaufort scale) and so +40 knots and wave heights exceeding 4 metres (excluding extreme circumstances such as storms, hurricanes etc) How you handle such weather conditions, it's up to the crew.
SVN is an information network dedicated to sailboats and catamarans. This consists of two digital magazines, SVN magazine about all things sailing, and iCAT SVN CATAMARANS, a magazine about sailing and motor catamarans. In addition to the magazines, there is a website, www.solovela.net, and two TH-cam channels, one for SVN, where you are right now and one for iCAT.
I sailed on a Solaris 58 in Turkey, and it was such an exciting and beautiful experience.
Thanks for adding material in English for us non-Italians. Nice videos, beautifully made and so professional with the information. Grazie!
Italian boats are absolutely amazing.
I tried the Solaris 40, and I'm seriously considering going for it.
Maurizio, you're so lucky to have the chance to try out these boats.
It's a lovely boat.
Maybe one day, when I finally sell my house, I'll be able to afford a small Solaris.
You say the boat can sail anywhere, but with that open stern, I would not go below 50 degrees south.
A friend of mine bought a second-hand Swan 54.

My cruising dream boat.
I don't get what SVN is. Is it a newspaper or a dealer?
