2 things: This episode was recorded May 6 2022 - shortly before he announced he was leaving DDP's crib the first time (he later went back, recorded those Mr Rogers-style videos, then left again) - Also, TH-cam is not posting practically any of the comments on this video or on Dutch's channel. It's a TH-cam glitch, not me censoring (I don't usually go through comments at the best of times)
i don't know why the comments are so rude to a man who entertained all of us as kids and is just trying to live his life now. yes he had his vices but they were the same i've heard 100 times from many of the wrestlers from that era i enjoyed so much. people need to remember that when people fall from their previous heights.. they at least had somewhere to fall from. most of us can only dream of it and even if we had the opportunity we wouldn't be able to do much with it as we work our 9-5s and live our fairly standard lives if we were all being honest with ourselves
44:00. I don't know why, but that made me laugh out loud hysterically! I rewound it like 10 times. Just the sound he makes and the expression on his face! I love you Buff!
Never heard that portion of the Orndorff/Vader incident. Also, Warrior is from Indiana. Apparently, he was living some place in Marietta when Bagwell crossed paths with him (during Hellwig's Mr. Georgia bodybuilding period).
Really enjoyed this. Buff and Booker T were my 2 favorites in WCW in 2000. I was pretty bummed out when WWF bought it and Buff was gone. I was actually invested in his stories until Nitro came to an end. It's a shame he never got a chance in WWF. Looking back on Booker T Buff could have had a great run too. In 2001 he still had name value and the means to really contribute.
I hope he gets a chance to redo this interview now that he's cleaned himself up. I've been going back through some of these older full shoots, and this one's hard to listen to.
One familiar with recovery can see Buff was not ready for sobriety. That does not mean he wont be able to do it, but it dramatically lowers his chances
Calling him out on the ONE-PERCENTILE was priceless. Totally made Buff look like an idiot. Can you imagine all of the mindless, stupid things he and Lex said throughout their steroid-ridden lives?
Suggesting a title change for the video. Interview with a narcissist in denial! My mom once said this about one of my friends, I wish I could buy him for what he’s worth and selling back for what he thinks he’s worth.

Absolute best wishes and prayers for Marcus and every other dedicated, hard working, blue collar, physical entertainer out there who put their bodies on the line, night in and night out, often for very little pay with minimal fanfare. Imagine working the territories 35+ years ago. Put yourself in their shoes for a moment. Imagine that grind: hundreds of miles between shows, the almost nightly injuries, maintaining the physique that "puts asses in seats", dubious compensation. That, in itself, is harrowing and fatiguing enough without even mentioning the strain of fulfilling meaningful relationships with family and friends, due to their extreme work schedules and required appearances at specific destinations, per their respective bookers and bosses. Imagine, if you will, actually hitting the "big time", after perhaps/probably years of struggle...The big stage, jitters, the myriad of uncertainties, the previous injuries nagging at every turn, causing you to question your own validity and abilities, all while being "pushed" and displayed to an educated, dedicated, intelligent, national and potentially global market. Your name in lights as the marquee draw, against a rugged, grizzly, ring veteran having revealed little to no assurance you'd be "put over". From high school gym hero to sudden superstar. What a roller coaster ride of emotions that must've been. What an absolute physical hell they must've put their bodies through. It's a damn shame so many of those talented showmen burned out so quickly or perished much too soon.
I thought the same thing. At the start he was sober ,but as the interview went on whatever he took was definitely kicking in I really hope I am wrong,. It hurts to see the stars of my time dying early or being in a bad place
Nobody can see my comments even though I watch every video from start to finish while people leave 1 line no effort comments getting all these likes or interactions. Why bother I think Spice was Best Nitro Gal though Stacy Kiebler was Great she came later even AJ I think is one who used to do backflips off top rope landing on her feet. Kimberly I liked from days as Diamond Doll. I think my favorite Buff moment is on Gigalos. That is crazy that would have to redo matches I've read about NXT doing that recently. I don't think I ever knew NWA or WCW did back then maybe later on in 90s when it admitted Wrestling was not real to avoid paying as much or State Authority kinda BS hehe. Bob had Bagwell as his character. I remember him as like American Males or some team. Then had the scandal with replica belts person running his Twitter who was crook or on registry hehe. Its cool I got 2 Cold Scorpio interview after this. Anything I type is wasted as its always hidden never seen as YT is constantly shafting me or maybe WSI? He never replied to anything I wrote even when seen his Jofo in Ring interview :).
buffs delusional huh? he thinks he was any more worthy of nwo than virgil lol he was as much a useless addition as virgil was, he was just more over...... the nwo was waterd down pretty much afte rthe kept putting guys in after hogan....including himself,,, buff could have got over without it too so it makes no sense for him to be all about nwo..... wasnt his stable lol sorry marcus your stable was with del wilkes

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed something was wrong with the comments section of literally every video I've watched in the past 6 hours or so

44:00. I don't know why, but that made me laugh out loud hysterically! I rewound it like 10 times. Just the sound he makes and the expression on his face! I love you Buff!
That’s him thinking back the Time Steiner cock blocked him
Uuuuummmmmmmm. 😂😂😂
That beard looks like it’s been drawn on with a felt tip pen
Need to see it in person, it's exactly that!!!
Your not Buff, and your not the Stuff!
Jealousy isn't a good thing brother...😂
Never heard that portion of the Orndorff/Vader incident. Also, Warrior is from Indiana. Apparently, he was living some place in Marietta when Bagwell crossed paths with him (during Hellwig's Mr. Georgia bodybuilding period).
The desert storm comments always kill me….. they were touching Buff’s picture before going into battle. I can’t with Buff😂😂😂

Yes. A few months ago the host said he hoped to have buff back on but out of character as marcus.
He's got the stuff, and the ladies can't get enough. Another great interview. Buff was very open and honest lovely lovely lovely!
Great job.
Did he draw on his goatee with a magic marker
Thats the just for old wrestlers special sponsored by Just for Men

dont know why marks shit on him he seems like such a nice guy man relly cool down to earth happy to answer any question
Buff says, “I never miss a show.”
“But he sure as hell has been late to many,” myself.
One familiar with recovery can see Buff was not ready for sobriety. That does not mean he wont be able to do it, but it dramatically lowers his chances
Anyone know if Buff actually did get sober, cause pretty sure he took something just before this interview.
he still got the stuff
He's FRIED, IMO
Buff is still the stuff and I just can't get enough!
Buffs on the stuff n can’t get enough
Calling him out on the ONE-PERCENTILE was priceless. Totally made Buff look like an idiot. Can you imagine all of the mindless, stupid things he and Lex said throughout their steroid-ridden lives?
Hater
I remember buff bagwell in gwf wrestling as the handsome stranger when he was handing out 🌹 to his fans that was way before he was in WCW
Hardly way before. He joined wcw the same year

I love Buff Bagwell in like forever... But he really looked unwell there hope he gets better in life.
Wow this is extremely sad. Buff is clearly off his face, high as a kite. I thought he was supposed to be clean at this point. Very sad.
