hi Apollonia, After watching some videos on attachment styles, i figured out that my ex is of dismissive avoidant style. We had been together for 7 months and we were pretty good and happy in the beginning like any other couple and had small fights like any other couple. But in course of time she started acting hot and cold with me and me, having an anxious attachment style, happened to panic and didn't even realize that i was being clingy and needy. She kept asking for breakup from time to time but every time i used to calm her down. But she finally made the decision about 10 days ago and she went in a complete silence. She blocked my calls, my fb and insta accounts. Again, i panicked and started begging and pleading and that pissed her off even more and she was so loud and clear when she said that she had this thought that if i stopped reaching out to her, then she might miss me but i never gave her that chance. And last friday when i pleaded her, she unblocked me on fb and had a little chat and even at that time she seemed pretty confident about the breakup and even told me to calm down and not contact her and she would see how would she feel but I agreed, but then on Sunday she reached out to me and again started the countdown on how and when i couldn't stand still on her expectations and that has even made her 100% sure that she won't ever be back again. And today in the afternoon, I texted her to take her time and calm down. But she blocked me again and i seeked out a help of a mutual friend to ask her to unblock me and she texted our mutual friend that she is not getting back ever...but she finally unblocked me and said something to me that was kind of mean...but I didn't reply anything. what should i do to get her back?? HAVE I LOST ALL MY CHANCES??? please help.
