awesome video, but you should really switch to Fairchild. Braggs apple cider vinegar was bought out by Katy Perry and her husband and one of the first things they did was change the manufacturing process and remove the majority of the mother from the apple cider, a better product would be Fairchild as they retain the mother compared to Braggs apple cider vinegar
another nice video THANKS ; I have been using vinegar and olive oil as a dressing for a while as I found it worked to help my weight , I tend to put too much dressing on ; thanks again
Soak a piece of rusty steel and watch the rust fall off. I don't experiment on myself but I'll watch for hopefully you have good results. The water you drink with it might be the best part of the experiment.
I'm a T2 and I'll try it at night due to I have the dawn effect. I control my diabetes with diet and while the morning numbers aren't what they used to be the afternoon numbers are quite good in comparison. Morning can be between 130 & 145 with afternoon 108 & 125; not perfect in any way, but thank God I don't hypo at this time. The lowest I've gone is with a 36 hour fast and the low was 96. Best and thank you for the tip.
An interesting data point might include testing with water only at night, to confirm your hypothesis that the change in the dawning effect is in response to increased hydration, and not due to the ACV inclusion. Fascinating results, regardless, I may try the same "study" on myself. Anecdotes can add up to evidence, eventually, I suppose.
Another super video by a super young lady. Thanks for your interest in helping others. That makes you beautiful in my book! Apple Cider vinegar IS available in pill form. Sure using a pill deprives one of the “flavor” option, and the need to dilute and rinse post ingestion, but..... In a way, adding the extra water IS the natural way to control diabetes. Your body tries to flush out excess sugar in the urine. So much for the “natural” solution always being the best. Keep the the good work. Love your videos!
I am also type 2. I used Kombucha Health-Ade Pink Lady Apple for indigestion. It works much better for tummy problems that other anti-acids won't touch! It also claims prebiotic properties. Is it a regional product,? I don't know.. I'm in Portland, Oregon. It's not so acidic that you have to dilute it. But I don't think it's S good for duvets as the ACV you're talking about
I just remembered where I saw it, here’s the video about how Bragg changed its formulation and what happened: th-cam.com/video/j7wLGQfoCcI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Ylo24d8lSgl--Cv2
I immediately got exited thinking Apple came out with a new T1D device 😂 Good to see you read the papers... And you can't beat me ... T1D since 1971... But you make videos and I don't . Thanks for those videos and ideas: we all get better by sharing these ideas and experiences ❤❤
I'm a Type 2 and also deal with dawn effect. I'm going to give ACV a try. Thanks for the info!
Thank you for sharing this info. I find your vlogs so straight forward and really well put together.
Many thanks for making and sharing.
Thanks 🙂
Great Video! 😁💙

Interesting! Thank you for the heads up
Agree @lthomas63
@ you’re very welcome! Thank you for all the great content!
Thanks, I won’t buy it from a Hollywood Weirdo.
Wow! Thanks for sharing this tidbit of info. I'll be switching to Fairchild as well.
Nice information. I'll add it to my nighttime routine.
Ty
I use a mix with water, honey, lemon and cinnamon

Very interesting. I'm type 1. Will try it. 😊

My wife says her poops are better and more regular after I started giving her my ACV mix
As a Tyu[e one diabetic for tgreater then 71 years I use apple cider viniagar every day and have found it to be the most benificial results in Glocose
Where are you getting Levemir from?
My local CVS managed to get me another 3 months of Levemir. But that’s it. I just filled my first Basaglar prescription
@ thank you! I haven’t heard about Basaglar. Look forward to your review. You’re the best.
Thanks 🙂

Let us know if it makes a difference. Fingers crossed
I take it when I wake up in the morning in shot glass with Himalayan salt and lemon juice and water
May I ask how many ounces of water you are diluting those two tablespoons with? Thank you in advance, I really enjoy your videos.
It's a large glass, so around 8 oz.

That’s good, if consistent insulin resistance is a big factor..less insulin doses always better..good luck
My wife started pouring her ACV shots in to the tea I make her

I have been taking a shot before meals whenever possible for over a year.
I find when I do the ACV, my spikes are not as hugh.
That's great! Thank you for sharing your experience
Type 1 gets just about neglected in the market imo.
Yeah, it does seem like T1D is not getting as much research attention. We are also fewer
@@DiabetesStrongAnd I hate it when people think I got T1 because I eat much sugar 🙄
People keep on mixing them up but they are really different!!
BRAGGs is not what it used to be
No longer owned by the original
Someone else mentioned that as well. Thanks for the heads up.
