Hoping to get your opinion and presentation on this matter and many Nevadans are clueless what to do right now. A more clear reading for the former would imo be "who transports or ships, as merchandise, a convertible pistol". I could see this easily being read such that you are banned from transporting your firearms. You can still own it, just not take it anywhere, and knowing the NY DA, they might just read it this way on purpose.

Any semiautomatic gun can be modified to full auto. Actually with a solenoid or a small motor any revolver can be made full auto.
