Yummy!!! There was a place in Las Cruces NM called Heibert’s that made awesome steak fingers and they served them with a green chili pepper sauce. It was amazing!!

I usually just make them with cube steak, basically a chicken fried steak in strips! And you definitely need to try them with cocktail/shrimp sauce… so amazing!!!🤤❤️

That’s okay - I found the recipe, and, it says to fry the frozen strips, and, not to let them thaw before frying. Thanks!
