- Great marinade! I bake a whole pan of chicken legs in one go!
The whole family will love this recipe. The whole secret lies in the marinade, which is ideal for baked chicken drumsticks. Baked chicken drumsticks combined with creamy potatoes will turn an ordinary dinner into a festive one.
Ingredients:
16 chicken legs
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon paprika
black pepper
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar (or honey)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
4-5 garlic cloves
Mix well and leave to marinate for 30-35 minutes.
1-2 bulbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
20-30 grams of butter
Fry the onion until soft
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons flour
fry for 2-3 minutes until golden
500ml milk
Salt, black pepper
Cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens
700-800 g potatoes
Salt, black pepper
Grease a baking dish with butter
Bake at 200 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Chicken legs Bake at 200C for 40-50 minutes

Marinate 2 hours in marinate sauce. Marinate Seasoning : 1. Sugar (more) 2. Honey 3. Maggi Soy sauce (dash) 4. Oyster Sauce 5. Light Sauce 6. Fried Garlic. Oven Bake : 50 minutes
