One of the better Christian rock bands out there.
Like a fine wine, Stryper just keeps getting better with age! Isaiah 53-5 (by his stripes we are healed)
This band, around since 1983, is responsible for starting me on my journey of faith since 1987. I saw them in concert in 1987 and again in 2015. They are still going strong in 2024.
Isaiah 53:5 he was wounded for our transgressions He was beaten for our iniquities and by his stripes we are healed.... Great band loved them since the first record came out!! You won't be disappointed going down this rabbit hole!!

I have been a fan of Stryper since the beginning, mid 1980s. They are a fantastic band and even after 40 years Michael's voice sounds better than ever. I just saw them last week, as they are on an acoustic tour, and they still sounded superb.
They have a new album coming out in the fall followed by a full electric show. I can not wait to see that.
Stryper has a new cd coming out on June 28th and it's called to hell with the amps. It's going to be the first acoustic cd ever.

Yes they are Christian metal/Hard Rock. The started in 1983 broke up in 93 reformed in 2005 and been putting out albums every 2 years since
Stryper saw the pinnacle of their success in the mid 80’s with their Albums “ To hell with the devil” and “In God we trust” i saw them live both in 1986 and 2019. They are not ashamed of the gospel of Christ
still going after 40 plus years. The bass player is originally from FIREHOUSE.
They are a great band! All of their songs are really solid and some are spectacular. A newer one you might want to check out is Transgressor. Older ones to see are Calling On You and Always There For You.

You should actually listen to valley by Stryper it's powerful too it's one of my favorites or perhaps calling on you you would probably recognize it from the 80s

They are a rock band comprised of Christians

Yeah it did.... and I corrected myself in the video at the very beginning. By looking at their age and everything when I started to watch the video realized and Googled it that it told me it was 2020 I didn't realize cuz I haven't heard anything I haven't seen nothing on them so I wasn't sure what I was getting into until I started the video
@@KellysReactions yeah I saw that after watching a little longer..immediately kicked myself for not fully watching the video before commenting which is a pet peeve of mine that I didn't hold to this time. Ty for a great reaction and hope you react to more Stryper both their old 80s and modern music. Either is really worth it.
