    Great video brings back memories of childhood my mom used to take us there in the 60's I remember there was a little lake in the middle of the park called Indian lake if I'm correct it's been years since I leaved the Bronx live in Maryland thank you for bringing me good memories Gods love ❤️

      Hi yes you are right there is a lake called Indian lake is in crotona park on the going to watch the east side of crotona park right in the middle of the park where they have the boat house I don't know if the boat house is still open for the lake is still there I met my first love their his name was Frankie he was part Italian and part Spanish and after all these years I still love him but I don't know where thank you for sharing about Indian lake have a blessed day now and stay safe 😊👍🏽🙏🏾🙏🏾😇😇

    My Hood. Daily walk. To the park.with my people. The one pool in the buggy down, where we came together. Only us. Bronx Reunion. Every year. It was ours only.

      @@ThomEchi Grandma Gertrude Rothchild died in a hospital in Rockland county about 40 years ago. I saw her shortly before she passed as a nursing student. Bathgate ave and the 3 rd Ave have other family historic references to me. My father was a community health clinic designer and administrator. The first public clinics in that area where his by grants , progressive design and local staffing as his personal mission statements. RS

    👍🏽👍🏽💝💝💝💝 that tour of the Bronx with awesome I really enjoyed it I've lived there all my life until 22 years ago I moved away and I see everything has changed so much 😮😮 I have in my mind to come back one day to live my son wants me to come back because now I have a grandbaby and I want to see her grow up I have three others for their step grands but they still my granddaughter still love them the same but now that she is in my life I want to be near her I live so far away in Fayetteville North Carolina play my son keeps talking me into coming back I just may do that thank you for sharing this video it really really touched my heart I was able to see places where I used to live and where my late mother live when my son was just a baby and a young kid thank you for sharing this video have a blessed day and stay safe and I really loved it 👍🏽👍🏽😊😊🙏🏾🙏🏾😇😇

    Next time why don't you get on the highway(the one at the end of the video "Cross Bronx Expressway" East bound get off on Randall ave. & come bring your picture box into my neighborhood "Throggs Neck" & come see where many other Bronxites live,,,,Country Club,,,,,Ferry Point,,,silver Beach,,,,City Island.....
