What an amazing group of musicians who can not only play their butts off but they're all dynamite singers as well. I've seen the Neal Morse Band many times over the years and they absolutely rock
I was there, second row in the middle... fantastic performance of the whole new album, be sure to check it out... during the finale of the last song the whole band was in tears... this is the real deal...
That last song is incredibly beautiful. Neal really knows how to wrap up a concept album. I think it's just not as great to Broken Sky from the previous album (it's the last track as well). That last track from TSOAD touches me in a way that nothing else does.

@@APiccolo I saw the TSOAD tour in two european cities, and I must say that the finale brought me to a level of emotion that was amazing !

@@EctobiusRex ok, you are right, in this piece just 4 voices together. but i saw them live, they can 5 voices and they did it many times during the show.
The great atmosphere of the concert in Warsaw Poland liked the band so much that our stage became the background for the cover of the concert from Brno.

I thought the same thing last year when I watched a DVD of Similitude, and then popped in Transatlantic at Shepperd's Bush and saw how much more animated Pete was....Good thing Randy is a killer bass player because his stage presence is :-/

STOP the double exposure during the performance! The background films deserve to have it's own special feature where you can JUST watch the films with the soundtrack.

"I know this guy with a pretty good voice that has a mid-life crisis..." but seriously though, first time hearing them, Pretty stoked that there are still people out there who knows how to play perfectly live. I just hope the NMB finally makes it to Australia before they stop playing... Saw Mike and Eric here in Adelaide in 2017 which was great but to see the NMB playing here would be amazing!

Neal played his solo in the wrong key and it still sounded lively. I love live recordings that keep mistakes to remind the listener what a task it is to pull all of that off in front of your face.
It sounds bizarre indeed, but the solo is exactly the same in the studio version of the song. I suppose he did that to make it sound "jazzy".
I really want to see them or Flying Colors live now. Make it happen Neal.

If it's not too late, I prefer there was a separate window to show Eric playing his solos and and towards near end of song put up 5 windows so we can see everyone playing instead of constant cutaways to the next musician

That crowd is dead.
I was there in the first row and the audience was great. It was the best performance. I saw them during the Similitude tour in Poland and gig in Brno was better, crowd were singing loud and clapping all the time, but you cannot judge it based on one, two shots while guitar solo.
It's a prog crowd, usually you are more focused on listening to the music than jumping and singing along like an idiot.
@@martingimenez339 I've been to several prog concerts in my life and I've seen more excitement that what was show here. Even in concerts of King Crimson where most of the people is seated.
