I’m 67 years old firmly stuck in a Pentatonic rut. I’ve just discovered your site and what an absolute revelation and delight to have such a wealth of information available. Plus, your teaching style is absolutely spot on. Fantastic and well done.
I really enjoy your practice routines! The licks are tasty, to be sure; but what I really enjoy are the different chords you throw in. I've got the licks in this routine down pretty well but that A7add13 is taking some practice to get my fingers into muscle memory, even doing something as seemingly simple as sliding up and down a half-step. But that's what practice is for! Your videos have definitely made me a better player. Thank you and Happy New Year.
Thanks Mike, that change isn't always present in the progression, but it's still something you can imply in your lead lines, which adds a ton of flavor. Enjoy your practice! -Rob
Learned most of it tonight. Really good stuff. Will learn the rest tomorrow night. It’s something that can be expanded on. Will take it and run with it. Thanks.

One of the nicest Gibson ES guitars that I've seen. Love that wood grain
So cool. These are the best lessons. The licks are fun but with a character builder getting to the 13 chord! Lovin' the hint of jazz.
