so what's the cheapest scan tool for Hyundai kia toyota honda to do key fobs ?
The best option is their OEM scan tools, but between some others that I have used, X100 was not bad which it’s only for key programming. I have not tried it for all cars though.

Good morning please what will happen if you didn't do the neutralised
I’ve tried teaching the new keys without neutralising and every time worked well. I normally do the neutralisation if I want to swap the ECM or Immo. Unit with another car.
@@AutomotiveDiagnosis please you swap it to one that has the same part number or what
@@ernestdamo677 Must be the same part number, and we do that for testing the second car (to see if ECM is faulty or not) or for using a used part.

You mean incorrect part number or a message in scanner?
Hello to all I am working on a 2014 hyundai accent rb model with a blade key . I am trying to program a brand new pcm from the dealer with a brand new key from the dealer also . The immobiliser tool I am using to do this job is the autel km100 . But every time I in put the six pin key code I keep getting a invalid samatra message on the tool. The battery is fully charged and I have checked all of the fuses . I did a scan of the immobiliser system and it says virgin pcm and virgin key also invalid samatra and no keys learnt . I have also tried a used samatra module because we could not get a new one right now and when I scan the immobiliser system before inputting the six pin key code with the used samatra module the scan says virgin samatra but as soon as I input the six pin key code it gives me a invalid samatra message . Checked the coil antenna with the tool and it give me the signal . I would appreciate your help please ,, if there is anything more you need to ask just let me know @@AutomotiveDiagnosis
