I once saw an X3M in New York doing donuts and it was tuned too, I could tell by the exhaust sound. These 6 cylinders are mad when lightly tuned, when you add turbo's they're capable of up to over 1000 horsepower. BMW is magic at their engineering department.
Damn imagine paying 240k € for a r8 v10+ just to get (almost) clapped by a midsize suv with a tune for half the price 😆😆 Also those flybys were sick AF

That is quite a fast car man, very impressive speeds, the team that have worked on this car have done an outstanding job in making it fast stable and tight but please allow me to criticise a little bit. Of course I’m not hating, it’s just my honest opinion. this car seems like it’s going to break down after a few tens of thousands of miles, it’s all fun and games when it’s new, but once the mileage adds up I think it’s going to be a horror, an absolute nightmare in terms of reliability, also the steering wheel looks like it came from the toy store or something you can plug into a PlayStation. Also the centre console and the overall interior design looks very 2010’s … Pricewise and appreciation/depreciation : I honestly think that it won’t hold its value at all, in five years, it will probably cost 60% less than its original price. Verdict : It is a very nice press car, nothing more

@@garethweare6441 well it all comes down to the power weight ratio. It’s just physics. In order to run a new M3 or M4 which is about 1.850 kg 100-200 below 6 sec you need 740+ hp (crank) for example. With 680 hp it will do 6-6,5 sec. I guess a lot of people claiming better times (with less hp) either don’t measure the right way. Hell of a car you have anyway!

So this is why I keep my 2020! idrive 6 with standard tft gauges no big screens and backwards tach. Its nice to know the original S58 before upgraded internals can handle 700 hp no problems.
its about the torque not hp. rods are the weak point 900nm max and it wont last very long. below 850nm at engine is safe. above that it will let go eventually. im speaking from experience
I have a 2022 X3M and it’s amazing! These guys took the car and got it to the next level. Maybe they should consider putting some carbon ceramics brakes.
