For just a stage 2 car running with some big boys 1000 bhp cars give that man his respect
It is. However this setup and tune is only possible with 109 octan fuel. Without it the car would have 800hp max on 99 ron. So practicality is a bit lower due to the 109 fuel needed for this performance. However stage 2 on 99 is still very fast.

But M3 sounded better, with baleful note.
Take the pop tune out of it and it will sound like the suv which doesn’t beat the v8 of the m5 as cracks and pops are artificial sound.
Nah. M5 sounds like a broken 6cyl. The S58 cars are actually 6cyl so it’s different. S63 motor has a poor note

M3 touring is one of he best looking cars that I've seen in a long time, its a weapon.
Not even close to an RS6 in the looks department...that hideous bunny teeth front end on the M3/4 has not grown on me one bit.
@@ronaldov09 Subjective, the M3 look way more agressive IRL than the RS6. I've seen an RS6 and it's beautiful but not as near as agressive like the M3 Touring.

I remember Tommys old m5 if correct it was an orange one on Ricky’s llf channel a few years back and that thing was one of the highest bhp at the time on that bmw platform. Good to see some old faces still big in the game. That m5 held its own and still with sports cats in… fair play. M3 shows the potential of the hybrids and just does what it says on the tin, gaps.

The way these G8X platform can launch off the line is ridiculous. Tom Wrigley have that 1000BHP package dialled in sick and Dill got the reaction times.

Wrigley isn’t in the same league as us in the States, sorry. We have the fastest stock bodied bmw (7.9), fastest g80 m3 (8.3), fastest hybrid turbo stock engine g80 m3 (8.9) and fastest stock engine sock turbo g80 m3 (9.1). Oh and we gave a jb4 locked DME g80 m3 running 9.55. Wrigley lol.
I think the M5 may have a boost leak. 😂 No way a stage 2 TTV8 gets outrun that bad. Great job boys! 🙌

It was a great environment to be in, we all appreciated and respected eachother. We also all had a great time, even with the issue one car sadly had. Can happen to any of us though and i believe x3m is back at full health already

M5 is actually crazy. Simple stage 2 and almost runs the same times as engine/gearbox built M3
No it won’t. We got guys here that know how to properly tune the M3. Let me know when Wrigley puts a stock engine stock turbo m3 into the 9.1’s or a built one into the 8.3’s… lol

M5 drivetrain is better as well. S58 drivetrain can't take 700+ without problems. M3 touring is new but how many more pulls like that better it has problems like the X3M?

Not to be overly pedantic, but on the 0-60 Leaderboard, Dil's BMW is listed as having 830hp, but in the introduction, it is stated that it has 970bhp.
That time is from a previous race when he indeed was running 830bhp
Of you are into to tuning and you are thinking a BMW…. There is one option only, “anything with S58…” why would anybody choose an M5 over the G80/82/83 versions….?

Would have to be the M5 on my driveway, just can't gel with the M3 ugly front end. Did have the X3M pegged as my favourite going in but unfortunately it didn't want to play ball, so looking forward to its return when its race ready
