Will this kit work on a gm 7.2 ifs front diff ? Also would you share the installation instructions from that kit with me for specs ? I am purchasing that kit used and it doesn’t have any of the installation sheets
Thanks for the lesson! I currently have an 06 chevy1500. When i get off the throttle I can feel a slight grind feeling. It was worse before I replaced universal joint but still there. Any idea where i should look?
pinion shim should equal 0.047 thou gauge went counter clockwise. time 4:07

Great vid my 10 bolt makes a loud noise when accelerating ,,,Coasting and letting off the throttle its quiet
Needs to be reshimmed a couple thousands usually on left side ring gear side worked for me..

When a guy is changing parts wit the diff in the car is it nessasary to use a spreader or can you just get it so it will go together?
What is the kit number for the 77 gm 8.5 10 bolt. And 68 olds 12 bolt

2wd or 4wd? Could be pinion bearings.
What size black impact socket did you use for the pinion shaft nut ????
32mm or 1.25"
A blind man might like that pattern but you could have made it much better than that!
What so you charge for 10bolt
Your Fowler dial gage is as cheap as they get. Don't matter the way you're going at it will probably only be able to get it within .002 anyway !
