Hi John - not sure what you mean by "problem" but if you paid cash that won't show up on payroll records so it shouldn't be a "problem" for a workers comp audit. Hope that answers it.

What if I have a LLC, with no employees and no subcontractors. I do all on my own. How would the audit work?
