0:43 I always like to imagine Spencer arriving at a station then a fast engines fly's by him and then he start of and begins to race the engine. And at the end he comes back like nothing happens.
This was a brilliant combination of the already astounding Coronation Scot theme and Spencer's amazingly composed theme. Seriously, hats off to Mike and Junior for creating Spencer's theme. They knew how to compose a memorial theme that truly defined the "fastest" steam locomotive in the world
Spencer showed the Duke and Duchess of Boxford, many sites around the Island, but he never stopped to take on more water. Thomas and Gordon were waiting in Wellsworth Station for passengers, when Spencer Rocketed by on his way to the party. "Don't forget about the water" warned Gordon, "Who Cares?!" Scoffed Spencer Arrogantly, "He'll be in trouble soon" said Thomas.
@@JojoCat2008 The actual episode was this. Spencer did show The Duke and Duchess many beautiful places, but he did never stop once to take on more water. Gordon and Thomas were collecting passengers as Spencer raced through on his way to the party. “Do not forget the water!” “Who does bother?” “He will be in trouble soon,” sighed Thomas. And Spencer was. He did run out of water on Gordon’s Hill. “Why didn’t I listen?” sighed Spencer. Sir Topham Hatt soon heard the news. “I will send Gordon.”
Such a lovely piece! I can see how Coronation Scot could've been an inspiration for Spencer's theme. Speaking of theories, do you think that Sir Topham Hatt's theme may have been based on Charles Gounod's "Funeral March of a Marionette" (aka the Alfred Hitchcock Presents theme)?
Interesting that you'd take some motifs from a tune used for a promotional film of the Coronation Scot, an LMS service which would have been in competition with Spencer and his brothers on the LNER.
When Series 7’s ‘Gordon and Spencer’ did first air on ITV, I do think in the UK, it had Junior and Mike’s music. Then from Series 8 to 11 when it did air on Nick Jr. in the UK, it did have Robert’s music starting from Series 7’s ‘Gordon and Spencer’ (mainly Series 8’s ‘Edward the Great’) to Series 11’s ‘Dream On.’ Only Series 7’s ‘Something Fishy,’ Gordon and Spencer and Series 8’s ‘Edward the Great,’ Spencer was greyish blue, then from Series 10’s ‘Topped Off Thomas’ onwards, he was painted silver.
I see this theme in something like Hero of the Rails. The only Thomas film to have a steam engine as the villan. (The Great race and Journey beyond Sodor don't count)
I can here how Coronation Scot might have influenced this. When I think of Coronation Scot I think of Swan Vesta matches and a certain Radio Detective. Lol

This sounds like a final boss theme!
The beginning sounds like a danger theme🇬🇧
reminds me of sephiroth and his song one winged angel
You took an already amazing piece of music, and made it so much better! I love this, it captures the character of Spencer so well!

He ran out of Water on Gordon's Hill.
James came by and saw everything.
"Too Much Puff & Not enough Steam, Spencer!" He joked.

Enginefan020 I’d say it’s definitely based on some piece of classical music. It even kind of reminds me a bit of Beethoven’s Egmont overture.
@@headmasterhastings4884 Perhaps you can try it?
Mate this is ART
Spencer: out of my way, slow coach! (Whistles loudly)😎
Gordon: Ugh, the indignity.😒
The only dislike is from Gordon, by the way I really liked this 😁
Gordon made a 2nd account and disliked this video again.
And now a third one.
The dislikes are Gordon,Henry, and James
But how would Gordon A. Get an account B. Even if he did how would he press the dislike button?

It makes sense for Spencer's theme being inspired by Coronation Scot as they are both streamlined engines.
Interesting that you'd take some motifs from a tune used for a promotional film of the Coronation Scot, an LMS service which would have been in competition with Spencer and his brothers on the LNER.
I think it's pretty funny to think about it that way.

Why doesn’t Spencer refer to Gordon as “cousin”, since the two were both designs of Sir Nigel Gresley.
but gordon and flying Scots call each other brother in TGR
@GamingCraft_hd ok thks!!
and your music is awesome
Some A4's where A3/1's so technically brothers
Spencer doesn't know who Gordon is when he first arrives.
this theme reminds me of a villains theme from an older style disney movie.
still kicks ass like your other compositions though

if hero of the rails was a theatrical movie, then yeah this definitely fits
Fanmade characters: I'm gonna pretend i didn't see that
@The Tin Pot Man duel of the fates from star wars fits in too
@@SOSteele1987 fanmade does not count for simply their not official so this comment is rather silly
Alfred: AM I A JOKE TO YOU!!!
No one:
Gordon: 😮
STEAMING PISTONS!!!! WHO WAS THAT!!???
Sounds like if a ef5 tornado had a theme
I can totally see why you would think Coronation Scott in there. I can hear the rhythm to it
This sounds like a opening to an 90s movie made by Disney
Might be my 2nd favorite theme you've made after your toby beaching theme
i love pencer & his theme it's smashing
Gordon was surprised to see Spencer
LOVELY! ABOSLUTLY WONDORUS! AN AMAZING PIECE OF WORK!!!
Flying Scotsman Gordon Spencer Mallard all A4‘s and A3’s are the pride of the LNER
0:50 why does it sound like the coronation Scot theme
We need an Amtrak railfanning compilation with this music ASAP
I can here how Coronation Scot might have influenced this. When I think of Coronation Scot I think of Swan Vesta matches and a certain Radio Detective. Lol
I love it
Watch out for COPPA

I feel like this can be used at the start of a Thomas movie,oh wait,it has been,in a cullde fell movie.
spencer is beyond cocky we all know Gordon the fastest and best and he pulls thee express
Love this can I use it in my series?
