That's because the Church isn't the printer, as they're published by "Significant Scriptures LLC." However, you can still buy them from the Church at the link below if interested in the physical copy. Another misconception is their authenticity, considering we dont have actual audio recordings. Yet I've only found 1 so far that they made sure to mention was not able to be checked and edited by the origional speaker, otherwise they did have them approved and edited by whomever gave the talks before being included in the journals. Also, it's been stated that on their own theses discourses dont stand as a complete source of our Churchs doctrine, as one must also include the Bible, Book of Mormon, and Doctrine and Covenants, along with prayer and inspiration to know the Lords Will today. "Churches" is something we have right now. For God, its not so much about someones opinion in a Church, as it is simply, reality or facts or truth or what really is. In this discourse he teaches that the holy ghost only teaches of truth. Everything else is based on mans pride, stubbornness, traditions, ir own ideas. When the Savior comes again, He too will only teach truth. It wont be so much about LDS, Born Again Christians, Presbyterian, Catholics, Muslims, or Jew; but simply just the people of God. Those are they who have ears to hear and soft hearts to know the truth from Christ. Many will still hold tightly to their opinions and traditions, but the Holy Ghost will testify boldly in those days that all might soften their hearts. It wont be the first time in the history of the world, that people see miracles and still refuse to believe. But by that time, the wicked and those who would not give heed to the Spirit in warnings and directions, will have been swept away. Only few will reject the truth being declared. We will all still have our agency. There will still be hurdles. But God wont teach one doctrine here and another one there. One message only. And all will either accept it or reject it.
Read the Book of Mormon the scriptures explains it clearly what happens when we die. It is important to draw close to God by praying often, reading the scriptures, doing good to others, and attending church regularly. Hope and charity require a humble heart. Well, thats what most other churches would ask us. In considering their view that after death, all is set, paused, frozen in place of the deeds done during life; that no progression or repentance is possible. Our Heavenly Father is not looking for every opportunity He can find to capture us in our sins; but rather, He seeks to provide ways of escape. If we refuse the Atonement of Christ, the debt still will need to be paid for the sin. Either through faith and humility, or anger and stubbornness, as Brigham Young once put it, if need be our sins will literally be burnt out of us. God in no way seeks for our never ending tourment, but that we may take our place in the various degrees of glory. The suffering process, or put another way, the cleansing process, will forever be available fir as long as it takes. The Temple ordinances provide the keys and covenants, to prepare our hearts to receive the Atonement, which provides for our escape from the clutches of hell, or suffering, that through Christ we may come unto the Father and inherent Celestrial, Terrestrial, or our Terrestrial glory. Just as Jesus stood as proxy for us to lose the bands of death, and also hell, providing a path for those who keep their covenants with God, to return to Him; and as such, we too may stand as proxies for eachother, to receive these sacred keys and promises on behalf of others, that when all is said and done, they too will have received the very same opportunity through the sacred ordinances provided by God, to seal on earth, that through humility they might accept and receive those promises and loved ones sealed in Heaven.

Is it not consistent to say there is one truth, and there is one true church? It is consistent. I would prefer the churches all claimed to be true churches, than claim there can be no true church; for to say the latter is to say there is no truth. Truth is singular. A thing is either true or it isn't. "Truth is knowledge of things as they are, and as they were, and as they are to come" (Doctrine and Covenants 93:24). Indeed, Jesus is "the way the truth and the life" (John 14:6). If Jesus is true, and He instituted a church, would it not be a true church (Matthew 16:18)? "...one body, one Spirit...one hope...one Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all...." (Ephesians 4:4-6). I say let the churches claim to be true and let the people determine for themselves which of them actually are. But to say there is no true church is to be without hope of finding the truth.
