There have always been "kindly" (and otherwise) suggestions for us to change just a little here or there, to make ourselves more popular or acceptable to the masses, even today. But God's ways are not mans ways and we cannot change God's doctrine. For no unclean thing can come unto the Father, and we all, as Saints of this church, aspire to live with our Father in Heaven. It's Celestial or Bust! And if we are unpopular for a time, it is okay, for we know in the end we will have the blessings of heaven, and the victory over EVIL.

The secret society at that time was so great, they could not leave and many were brain washed. Today we are still under condemnation. Have we received the sealed portion or any other plates, etc. Yes, I am a member but why did the 1890 manifesto really come out? This discourse is so sad discounting who God really is and what Joseph really taught. The truth will come out eventually but the big test with the modern day will have to choose before it does.
