Thank you, our Prophet and leader. I am an 85 years old widower sealed together in the Salt Lake Temple in 1972. I am currently the Ward Missionary and Organist in the Seminole 2 Ward Florida. I am so thankful the Holy Ghost spoke to me during a sermon to read the Book of Mormon, I was a Baptist minister. We later baptized 14 members of our family comprising 4 generations the 1st Year. I was looking for the Restoration and I witnessed the restoration of the Natioin of Israel in 1948 on my shortwave radio. Wow I heard a miracle; now when is Elijah coming and the Restoration of all things. The Holy Spirit lead me to the Book of Mormon and our family.

The Holy Ghost has been and is in my life daily. I have been blessed to have an angel on my shoulder all of my life that has protected me and my children for years. I have seen miracles throughout my life.. my daughter was diagnosed with cancer and she had surgery 7/13/23. The doctor cut out cancer and said, after my daughter had a blessing, he found a great deal less than he expected. The Blessing protected her. She recieved the pathology today... it shhowed a rapid growth cancer but clear margins. Thank you dear father. Amen
This is the fulfillment of Amos 3:7 he has indeed revealed his will through his servant the Prophet even President Nelson ❤ so humbled and have come to ask myself "Lord am I preparing myself to meet you when you come😢😢😢😢? God bless our Prophets.
I am in tears! Not only because of the obvious love Pres. Nelson has for us, but because, if you are a Saint who values the expansion of the gathering of Israel; if you are a Saint with a high degree of zeal for this gathering; if you have inwardly dedicated yourself to serving the Lord above ALL other business in your life, you KNOW that this message is truly the Will of God. NOT ONLY for Priesthood holders, but for women of great faith. This should be mandatory viewing EVERY MORNING before we consecrate our day, until our actions fulfill all of Pres. Nelson's pronouncements.
At 15:20, "I encourage you to make a list of all that the Lord has promised He will do for Covenant Israel." Mark Batterson, in his book, The Circle Maker, gives a detailed system for, not only praying FOR these blessings, but praying THROUGH to the fulfillment of these blessings, and recognizing how BELIEF in the ritual of the Prayer Circle is how we can worship and glorify God.
@@janetwise3070 yes Janet there are a lot of things we can do everyday. One thing I do I wake up every morning, I always ask what can I do to serve and honor my calling as a part-time missionary and student. Feel my mouth with with the words I need to speak that day and how can I help others. I spend most of the day listening to gospel music and in prayer. So out of a 16-hour day I try and spend at least 10 hours or more and prayer if not more as I go about my day, you could say , I have a prayer in my heart constantly and praying for those people around me. Never to boast in the things that I do daily. It is amazing a lot of times Sublime words come right out of your mouth. That is so cool . Many years before, I was not able to recognize a lot of the promptings and inspiration I would receive daily, but now it is different. I think there's more people than what we really think, they don't recognize answers to prayers or prompting and guidance that much in their life.

I am so grateful for a brother who consecrates his speech (I LOVE you mentioned to "feel your mouth with the words"), to the benefit of those he comes in contact with. That is super special. I am preparing to go on a mission soon. I just have to get my physical evaluation back from my doctor, and I see the dentist the 23rd of this month. I requested to go to Japan, and I'm waiting also for my passport. I have had to make an effort to pray with more intent, but I love spending hours studying the scriptures. @@janetwise3070 Janet , I'm always excited to hear when we have someone going on a mission. We really need our missionaries during this time. If you was called to Japan stop your worries and forget about any type of danger. There are many great people in Japan they really needs the help finding the Gospel of Truth from our missionaries and support. And if you would tell our Asian friends we love them and care and miss our brothers and sisters over there. I would caution you they have had earthquakes and tsunamis over there. You will have to be in tune with the spirit constantly. Indonesia has been getting a lot of earthquakes and there's been some hurricanes headed that way so bring your raincoat. We have had a couple missionaries in our Ward Gathering their passport and other things. Thank you for sharing your words of wisdom. My mission is here in the United States, I have never been called or went on a mission like you all. I have a lot of non-member friends I'm working with. When they call I go and help and the Lord provides all that I need. Listen very close to the promptings, this way you are not messing up the Lord's plan with these people. Remember, the adversary is working double time gather his millions, please don't become one of his evil missionaries. I hear after some of our missionaries get home, their testimony dwindles slowly inch by inch. We have plenty people in the great and spacious building trying to cause confusion and doubt Among our people and they are very good at what they do. I can battle them for only a short time and take a break and wait on the the Heavenly words when I speak to them. I will know when exactly when to exit the conversation and wash my hands. Don't entertain scripture battles, leave it alone, they will not budge anyway. Instead of saying I don't know, just say , when I have more time we can discuss things later. Confusion is a tactic that they love to use and they love to bring up a scripture, anyone can bring up the scripture that speaks about certain topics you don't need to prove Contreras discussions and another 10 more scriptures elsewhere to say something different on the same topic.. Sometimes silence is the best. The scriptures say, if they deny my words they will deny me, when you leave dust your shoes off and leave it alone, you did exactly what you were supposed to say and do, no more no less. It's not up to you to convince them, that is only done by the Holy Spirit of Truth. Sometimes it's needful phone late to plant 1 seed. I pray for our missionaries constantly and their families and I will pray for you, thank you for your service. Go with the spirit of peace not uncertainty because your mission is fixed already by the hand of the Lord. I love you for what you are doing for the Lord and please tell the others, thank you for serving🙏👍 if there was any way , I would love to hear the stories you bring back. Remember if things get tough you have the Lord's Army available to help you every bit of the way, even when you're struggling on your belly, every one of your tears the Angels receive, the tears are kept sacred and the angels rejoice. While I only recently returned to the church, and while his last two talks in general conference have helped and are things I live by “peacemaker and think celestial”. About 3 years ago my wife and I attended a small fireside for “empty nesters” in our ward. The man who spoke, along with his wife, had previously been a temple president in Mexico. After the fireside I introduced myself and just asked him a couple of questions about the church, and life in general. He replied, and I’m sorry for being vague but this is all he said, he had very recently been told by a General Authority who was by the way of German descent, that very soon we will see these 3 things: first, the world will be extremely dangerous; second, parents will not be able to raise righteous children, and third, churches will not be able to preach legally. Now, we know from the story of Noah and the flood that one of the reasons God flooded the earth which killed all the people except for 8, Noah and his family, was because it was so wicked that babies, and children had no chance at being righteous because their agency was essentially gone due to the level of evil. Well look around us today, and everywhere there are attacks on children, which the Lord said would be better to have a millstone hung about their necks and dropped in the depths of the sea, than to offend one of His little ones. I believe this is a big part of why the Savior is hastening His work. He did not change the timeline. But rather He is doing more with the time that is left.
The TH-cam channels light and truth and gospel lessons both go into the very thing you just mentioned. Both do a great job covering last day events without going away from scripture. They Don't add their own opinions or sway away from scripture like so many others do. They keep it simple. Great channels😊

Love Jesus. The real Jesus... please, this man is not a prophet or thee prophet... read Sandra Tanner's book on the false documents and manipulation of Joe Smith .she's the great granddaughter of Brigham Young... I'm just saying ... LDS folks are great, but the leadership is NOT!
If your not a member of this church or you don't believe that these men are present day prophets, you have to agree that the counsel of these men and women is great.What's wrong with trying to be like Christ? love one another, don't have sex before marriage, be a good husband and I could go on forever.
I personally think he has 5 years left in him, which is still very impressive. A shame we can’t have these great figures of wisdom around forever. On the bright side, all of their talks are recorded online so they can still council us after they leave mortality. I’m only 19 so I can’t remember Richard g Scott, but I’ve read and appreciated many of his conference talks several years after his death
Christine LeBlond, President Nelson will lead the Lord's Church until he is called home, at which time, the Lord will place another in his stead. I'm an old woman now (thank goodness!), and I have always noticed that each and every President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints brings a little something different from their predecessor to their new calling. I don't know what my life would have been like had the Missionaries not tracted out my parents, almost 70 years ago, in a very small town outside of Annapolis, Maryland. I'm so grateful that we have our Prophets, Seers, and Revelators to help us and guide us through these perilous times. It's so very sad to see so many friends and loved ones fall away from the Church and join with the multitudes to live worldly lives.

Why do you think we need living prophets instead of just Church leaders? They haven’t prophesied anything new in the past decades that hasn’t already been taught. I feel like they are just as inspired as business men for their companies, parents for their children, etc. And that which was prophesied that was new doctrine, is not being taught at Church anymore because it was wrong 😬

@@lasvegashula Not quite correct. At least 150 (or more) General Authorities receive AT LEAST $120,000.00 a year as „base living allowance“ since 2014. It is probably quite a bit higher now 9 years later. Plus their kids and mission presidents’ kids don’t have to pay tuition at BYU. All paid by tithing payers so their kids can have fun without worrying about student debt like other college students.

😅i am a senior in america, but i will try to help by baring my testimony that Heavenly Father lives and so does Jesus his son and that we need to stay close to them, earthly things don't bring happiness. Relationships that are not in keeping with the morals God has set up wont bring you happiness,you must seek for things that will last into the eternities and bring true and lasting joy, that would be loving your fellowmen and keeping the commandments of our God, i testify that Jesus coming is very close, study your scripture scriptures,live the way the Lord has directed and share yor testimony as much as you can to help others. I say this in His holy name Jesus Christ amen.
I guess I am one of those that is lost. But would rather be lost in trusting in my God and our Savior then to trust any man that claims he can bless me and promise me things as if he was somehow equal to them. I just find it disturbing when a leader of The Church uses “I” when handing out blessings and promises.

I’m so very grateful I did. While I only recently returned to the church, and while his last two talks in general conference have helped and are things I live by “peacemaker and think celestial”. This video is the culmination of his other talks I probably would never get to watch or find.

About 3 years ago my wife and I attended a small fireside for “empty nesters” in our ward. The man who spoke, along with his wife, had previously been a temple president in Mexico. After the fireside I introduced myself and just asked him a couple of questions about the church, and life in general. He replied, and I’m sorry for being vague but this is all he said, he had very recently been told by a General Authority who was by the way of German descent, that very soon we will see these 3 things: first, the world will be extremely dangerous; second, parents will not be able to raise righteous children, and third, churches will not be able to preach legally. Now, we know from the story of Noah and the flood that one of the reasons God flooded the earth which killed all the people except for 8, Noah and his family, was because it was so wicked that babies, and children had no chance at being righteous because their agency was essentially gone due to the level of evil. Well look around us today, and everywhere there are attacks on children, which the Lord said would be better to have a millstone hung about their necks and dropped in the depths of the sea, than to offend one of His little ones. I believe this is a big part of why the Savior is hastening His work. He did not change the timeline. But rather He is doing more with the time that is left.
The TH-cam channels light and truth and gospel lessons both go into the very thing you just mentioned. Both do a great job covering last day events without going away from scripture. They Don't add their own opinions or sway away from scripture like so many others do. They keep it simple. Great channels😊

I'm so glad he's still with us (June 15, 2023) but I know at age 98 he won't be here too much longer. 😥
I personally think he has 5 years left in him, which is still very impressive. A shame we can’t have these great figures of wisdom around forever.
On the bright side, all of their talks are recorded online so they can still council us after they leave mortality. I’m only 19 so I can’t remember Richard g Scott, but I’ve read and appreciated many of his conference talks several years after his death
Christine LeBlond, President Nelson will lead the Lord's Church until he is called home, at which time, the Lord will place another in his stead. I'm an old woman now (thank goodness!), and I have always noticed that each and every President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints brings a little something different from their predecessor to their new calling. I don't know what my life would have been like had the Missionaries not tracted out my parents, almost 70 years ago, in a very small town outside of Annapolis, Maryland. I'm so grateful that we have our Prophets, Seers, and Revelators to help us and guide us through these perilous times. It's so very sad to see so many friends and loved ones fall away from the Church and join with the multitudes to live worldly lives.

It is a blessing to know that there will be living prophets until Jesus comes.
Why do you think we need living prophets instead of just Church leaders?
They haven’t prophesied anything new in the past decades that hasn’t already been taught. I feel like they are just as inspired as business men for their companies, parents for their children, etc.
And that which was prophesied that was new doctrine, is not being taught at Church anymore because it was wrong 😬

@@lasvegashula Not quite correct. At least 150 (or more) General Authorities receive AT LEAST $120,000.00 a year as „base living allowance“ since 2014. It is probably quite a bit higher now 9 years later.
Plus their kids and mission presidents’ kids don’t have to pay tuition at BYU. All paid by tithing payers so their kids can have fun without worrying about student debt like other college students.

😅i am a senior in america, but i will try to help by baring my testimony that Heavenly Father lives and so does Jesus his son and that we need to stay close to them, earthly things don't bring happiness. Relationships that are not in keeping with the morals God has set up wont bring you happiness,you must seek for things that will last into the eternities and bring true and lasting joy, that would be loving your fellowmen and keeping the commandments of our God, i testify that Jesus coming is very close, study your scripture scriptures,live the way the Lord has directed and share yor testimony as much as you can to help others. I say this in His holy name Jesus Christ amen.
I guess I am one of those that is lost. But would rather be lost in trusting in my God and our Savior then to trust any man that claims he can bless me and promise me things as if he was somehow equal to them.
I just find it disturbing when a leader of The Church uses “I” when handing out blessings and promises.
