this is super helpful! I really like the idea of pitching the idea to accelerate your manager's career. Some managers are conservative and risk averse though, which might be tough.
Can I ask a question outside this topic? I assume English is not your mother tongue. How do you practice your English to make it so pleasant to the ears?
The short answer is probably use it as much as you can. I started practicing English when I was 5 or 6 years old. Even though English is still not native tongue, I feel confident communicating with it for both work and Youtubing now! You can do it too with just enough practice.
