    Such a lovely video Nick 🥰 I´ve just one question. When you whip your Ganache… you need to be careful not to overwhip it, right? Because of the cream 🤔

    Hi Nick! Just wanted to let you know that "room temperature" is quite a vague measure especially when it comes to baking. I live in India where summer temperatures range between 30-35°C. So it's pretty hot, and no matter how much I let it sit on the counter, it won't set like yours ever. If I wanted a whipped ganache, what would you suggest?

      Hmm... there’s usually a cooler place in people’s houses , otherwise in that case I’d say chill it in the fridge. I’d just be afraid if it splitting though.

    I tried to make a white chocolate ganache..but as its melting the ganache becomes a sort of yellowish tinge.... anything I can do to prevent that?

      @@amyegg2k the link shows a recipe for chocolate buttercream made with the ganache so if you just add the chocolate and cream following the video it should be fine

    I love these informational videos Nick !!! The only thing I am left wanting is the actual measurements. It would be nice to have it in the video vs having to go to the website. Im guessing there is a reason for that. 🤔 Either way... Love your info, dedication & your unique ideas !! 👍👍

    Btw you can add butter cream to those and they will taste even better! Just follow his same instructions and add 2 tbl spoons of butter cream and it’s even lighter and fluffier!

    I was very excited when I saw this video using just chocolate and cream, as I want to make a cup cake topping without using butter However, when I go to look at the recipe on your site, it contains butter and glycerine! I have seen other comments raising the same concerns but they remain unanswered. What quantities do I need simply using chocolate and cream? Please 😬

      Hi Shivani, you can use tutti frutti in "tutti frutti cakes" or in "karachi biscuits aka tutti frutti biscuits"

    840g dark cooking chocolate, 125g unsalted butter, 2 tbsp glucose syrup and 375ml heavy cream. It says to add butter but I didn't see that in the video so I'm not sure. I think these videos are for entertainment purposes only and not actually for the public to learn which is kind of a bummer because what's the point.
