Great results and recipe! Just want to say that the “removed side” was more toned because of the purple dye “remnants” left in the hair cuticle and the “freshly bleached” side is due to removing all the color and returning to it’s original “lifted” state …a little color theory tid bit 💛

I did it without developer didnt see a change, so I mixed baking soda with 20 volume developer and mix it in with what was already in my head..it worked instantly, it took out the red orange color out of my hair now its looks copper like the rinse i previously put in my hair I'm happy..it was drying but didnt ruined my curls

This Absolutely Worked For Me!! I Used Dawn Dish Soap, 30vol Developer, Baking Soda & Walgreens Brand Purple Shampoo. My Roots Were Black And My Ends Were Green After Semi-permanent Black Hair Dye On Blonde Ends. My First 30min Treatment Without A Plastic Cap Lifted Both Of The Tones In My Hair But I Wanted To Go Lighter, So I Used A Cap Over The Second 30min Treatment And It Came Out A Orange/Ginger Blonde! Definitely Watch Your Hair Closely To Reach Desired Tone. It Stripped My Natural Hair Color So If You Dont Want That Dont Apply To Roots Or Natural Hair Color. Thank You Sooooooo Much For This!!!!!!!!!! It Worked Wonders!!!! I’m Getting A Human Hair Wig And I’m Gonna Test This Out On It!

UPDATE: This Method Works On Natural Hairl! (The Hair That Grows Out Of Your Scalp). Just DO NOT Use This Method On Human Hair Bundles! While Our Natural Hair Is Able To Rehabilitate Itself, The Bundles Are Not Able To. This Method Will Strip Color And TEXTURE ON Bundles If Left On More Than 30min. Just A FYI, I Will Still Use This Method On Natural Hair.

What if I don’t have developer?
So could I do shampoo, baking soda, and dish soap? I don't feel comfortable using the 20 volume thing, also do you think it would work if my hairs been dyed for a year?
You could try however the developer helps remove some color. Definitely not as harsh on your hair as a bleach wash. The only thing it really does is dry out your hair. You will need to deep condition after. Hope this helps.
Green is stubborn. Its working but I was red before green and I see pink a little. This does work for the most part! I'm currently processing. I watched this video on repeat maaaad times to make sure I get it right. I need that blond and you said you left the mixture plus the mask on for 6 hours right?
Hi Talia☺, Yes! Green is stubborn, i leave the mask in for a while cause the mixture tends to leave your hair feeling dry. If it doesnt come off 100% try this

What if you don't have the 20/40 volume if you just have the baking soda, dish wash and the shampoo. Will it still work?
Its best to not have dish soap or shampoo, baking soda & developer is a key ingrediente. Ive done it using only dish wash soap, or just shampoo and it worked, when u remove the volume or baking soda the results may be none at all

It’s basically just a natural bleach bath
The results are amazing! So, the worst this method does is dry the hair?? I have a routine that locks in moisture so I’m too worried 👍

You probably will need to bleach it but if you use a low developer(10 volume) you should be fine
i have pink hair right now & instead of bleaching it, i just used creme of nature blonde dye like 5 times over the past year until it got the blonde that i wanted

Hey Love🙏, i had some left over products, i dont recommend doing things like bleaching ur hair, removing hair colour etc on clean hair/freashly washed hair, its best to have a lil left over product☺

I ended up just winging it and it took out all of the purple and pink and left a little bit of blue at the tops. Now all that’s visible is the blue/green from the first time I dyed my hair

@@Nahnahhh_Babyyy with this mixture, sincr it leaves ur hair so dry, I dont advice to use it twice on the same day, maybe wait it out for a couple days before placing some more. The other mixture, i left a link, u can use it as many times as u like! 🤗

Deep condition, deep condition & more deep condition.
When i do this, my hair feels like i used a cleansing shampoo, cleansing shampoos make my hair feel "squicky clean" , all i have to do is make sure it has enough moisture , and it goes rigjt back to normal, u can try protein treatmenta like apoghee too
Just like Taymica stated. Deep condition. You may need to deep condition 2x before it starts to look healthy again.
Did this today with a 30 volume developer and now my hair at the back is so weak its breaking slight nothing serious
DEEP CONDITION THAT BAD BOY MORE THAN ONCE! Your hair will bounce back.

@@kaveensharene2002 it does! I use a deep conditioner right after & it goes back to normal , the dryness feels just like when u wash ur hair with shampoo that has sulphate without using conditioner, it isnt a dryness like its damaged, its a dryness of ur hair asking for moisture❤❤❤
Okay so my crazy story is I bleached my hair and went green then used color opps extra strength and it seems like it was working then rinsing it my hair started turning back green. Then few days later used a cream bleach (ion brilliance...left hair so soft and 30 vol. and used adore lavender. and did lavender box braids and had that for 2-3 weeks.
Fast forward to 03/10/21 I bought 20 creme developer, Violet based bleach and quick blue powder bleach, Isoplus neutralizing shampoo (keep in mind it turns pink when relaxer is in hair.....)
SOOOO....I did a Bleach wash and used the shampoo, tiny bits of water , 20 vol, and the Quick blue bleach and I ran out so I made another mixture using the Violet based powder and added it on top....My hair started turning a fruit punch pink...and I was like oh shit!!!! So I left it in for 30 minutes when the pink looked lighter. Rinsed and it turned out to be light blonde with rose gold/baby pink strands.....then I went to Dominoes and a lady was in Love with the color! Bar-B Q Chicken and Italian sausage pizza with extra cheese.....LOVE!
Maybe the neutrailizing shampoo that was meant to turn pink gave me the pink look. Overall I am not complaining.....This was by mistake but it turned out nice. I was supposed to tone with the Wella T18 and 20 vol but i did a tiny section and it looked as if it was going to be lavender again so I opted not to use it.
Final: Did a wash and go using Keracare curl essence Moisturizing curl activator and Palmers Cocoa butter and Biotin styling nectar....Safe to say my hair went from coils/curlies to cooked ramen noodles.....when wet....we'll see when it dries!!!!

If u mean bleach?... Only if u want to lift the roots, but u dont need to decolor it often. U can change ur hair color without decoloring

I did it and left it on for 45 minutes and it did nothing, gonna leave it in for about an hour or 2 and see what it does
