Love it. Still my favourite house in SA currently on the market, but I still maintain that it will not sell at this price, in this location. It will be slashed at least 40-50% before it finds a buyer, because I don't believe there are people that gullible in the world. No views, no privacy, no expansive grounds, overlooked by a few neighbours, in the backwoods of Jhb. People who spend this much money want seclusion and/or address. There are just a lot of things against this price.
Funny I thought the same thing. You can find this around the world. Incredible homes in locations no one with means would want to live unless they have a connection to the area like family or business.
