This video is an opinion and in no way should be construed as statements of fact. Scams, bad business opportunities, and fake gurus are subjective terms that mean different things to different people. I think someone who promises $100K/month for an upfront fee of $2K is a scam. Others would call it a Napoleon Hill pitch.

Transparency is a big part of the point of the courts so people can see that justice is done. and done fairly. The moment one files a lawsuit, by definition it is public, some details can be sealed, but the proceeding existing at the very least is public.

@@icecoldchilipreppers6496 So because she complained that equals not knowing bad faith suits are the norm? How?
Most everyone knows that lawsuits most typical function these days is intimidation but that wasn’t and isn’t their intended function, which is why everyone is salty despite already knowing that. Even if they didn’t know that, shouldn’t you be happy they’re discovering the truth of how our legal system works? Everyone has to learn such truths eventually, there was a day or a video or class where you learned this once and where I learned that once, so no need to be snarky even if the person really didn’t know.
Knowing doesn’t mean we should stop complaining in comments or private about those who file frivolous lawsuits and drop them just because that’s what’s typical…it actively wastes our Justice system’s time and money (which comes from taxpayer pockets). People should continue to complain about cases filed as an intimidation tactic and other bad faith lawsuits even if they understand that’s the unfortunate majority of them these days because we live on a Monopoly board where money = power. The banker who doles out money to the rest of us is being robbed by all the monopolies across the board, leaving those of us with only one property with money scraps and also only scraps of power.
Maybe one day America can stop being so partisan and we can actually fix our legal system issues, definitely no way trying to fix our legal system now muddled in intimidation, politics, and hedge fund money via the same broken legal system could go badly. /S 🙄

What should be done is to countersue and get an injunctive ruling barring Bit Boy from filing the same frivolous lawsuit in the future, or, if the suit isn't actually dropped and is only being communicated that way as a ploy, to get it dismissed with prejudice. "It wasn't supposed to get this far" probably the only statement of merit that he made about this whole debacle.
Yes, it wasn't. You thought you could bully and scare somebody weaker than you with no consequences. But when people got heard about it the wind changed and your perceived position of power disappeared.

This is like a thug following a seemingly defenseless little old lady down a back alley to rob her, then she pulls out a sawn-off shotgun

I've said it before, this guy tried to legally bully a content creator. The errors he has done will pale in comparison to damage his reputation has sustained trying to wrongly silence a community.

Irony even last year when the crypto frenzy was going on, bit boy was consistently being made fun of in the comment section of his own videos and channel.
He was a horrible shill. A scam artist over fed gambling addict to the max. Was among all the other ridiculous scammers and hustlers of crypto.
    The insufferable wack jobs.
    So kind of funny.

This screams definition of SLAAP suit of trying sue someone into silence especially when they have considerably less funds. How did he not know information on lawsuits is public information you can literally pull up the legal documents on 99% of cases to read if it's your cup of tea
