    From the second the video started I just got the vibe you were Canadian and then when I saw the co-op gold yogurt and the iron supplements with fer written on it I knew 😂 your video was on my recommended and I really enjoyed it, you have a nice calming demeanour! Keep up the good work 👍

    Have you looked into taking Magnesium? It can help regulate sleep and I prefer it over melatonin!

      I used to take a magnesium melatonin and I loved it! I actually totally for about that, thank you! It was so helpful when I was swimming too for sore muscles. ❤️
