Sorry...your all information are not true..jamdani is not came from iran...it is a product of Bengal... And Dhaka Bangladesh have petent on jamdani.....
Jamdani was traditionally called as muslin.. its a product of iran only .. plis refer to Medieval indian history by VD mahajan for more info.

@@arpita7726 Neither Jamdani nor Muslin are from Iran .Jamdani and Muslin are two different fabrics and it was only made in specfic part of current Bangladesh only. Even the cotton needed for muslin making, grows only in specific area of Bangladesh .

These are History of Bangladesh tbh, nothing to do with India. Both Muslin and Jamdani are GI product of Bangladesh and the original ones can only be made in Bangladesh so stop spreading wrong information and associating India in everything.
True as a west bengali I know this and the cotton used was also different which no more grows. These ppl know nothing properly
@@LightLoveLaugh you can found muslin in bangladesh because muslin is product of Bangladesh not west Bengal or india. If you see history muslin was products only dhaka not west Bengal. Muslin production has started again by Bangladesh government.
