Cotton was cultivated in the Kapasia area from that sultanate period. The area is called Kapsia because of its cotton. Because there was a suitable place for cotton cultivation on both sides of Shitalakshya river. PM provided full govt support and funding for this project which is exactly what she's supposed to do as prime minister. as to your comments about her "patience" and "relentless effort and resilience" are you telling me she dedicated decades of her time and effort and took on this project to revive this lost fabric, researched and made studies on how to cultivate this extinct plant, monitor it under different conditions to make it as it as close as possible to how it once grew, then go on to look for weavers and mentor them into producing this thing?
