What about forming an llc in Oregon for non US resident doing e-commerce in US? I knew that non resident don't require to pay income taxes as long there is no employee nor physical entity in the US. But isn't Oregon also have no sales tax there?
What are your thoughts on this?

Hey, how about LLC for digital content creator (social media influencer) located in California. CA or DE would be more better (cheaper and easier) for small businesses? Annual tax in CA is $800.

Hello , can a legal entity maintain it's liability/ asset protection in other states if those states don't require foreign qualification for the business being conducted?

No New Mexico? Seems to be the cheapest in terms of set up and annual fees. I don't know about taxes though

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:00 🏠 For small businesses operating in the US, forming an LLC in their home state is generally ideal.
01:23 🚀 Tech startups seeking Venture Capital often choose Delaware due to its pro-business legal system and investor-friendly environment.
02:39 🌐 Non-residents operating businesses outside the US have four options: Delaware, Wyoming, Nevada, or Texas, each with its own pros and cons.
06:17 💼 Consider your business needs, growth plans, and preferences when choosing the best state for forming an LLC: home state for small businesses, Wyoming for privacy and low taxes, Delaware for investors, Nevada for a mix of tax advantages and privacy, and Texas for a larger consumer market.
