I’d recommend that people read as many books as they can on real estate and investing, watching informative TH-cam channels such as this one, talk to realtors and property investors in your area to gain info and insight, and to learn everyday. Knowing as much as you can about money, interest, investing and minimizing tax liability are hugely important. Have a good contact at your local bank. Be as involved as possible with every aspect of your properties. Good debt is highly useful but bad financial moves will break you. Just make progress everyday. Do something daily to move yourself closer towards your ultimate goal.
As of now I have two rental properties, but I still consider myself a novice investor right now still learning and growing so yes the videos are extremely helpful. 👍🏾🔥

I completed the online business registration through my state website weeks later. The LLC was successfully registered within two days after applying. If I did it all with no breaks in between, I estimate the process to take two weeks or less. I would encourage anyone to spend time researching the process on their state’s website first - do it for knowledge, and understand your state’s guidelines. Well worth it for me. 😊

I’m in Ohio and the housing market here over the last 7-8 years is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Homes that were bought for $130K in 2015 are now being sold for $590k. I’m talking about tiny, disgusting, poorly built 950 square foot shit boxes in quite mediocre neighborhoods. Then you’ve got Better, average sized homes in nicer neighborhoods that were $300K+ 10 years ago selling for $750k+ now. Wild times.
Home prices will come down eventually, but for now; get your money (as much as you can) out of the housing market and get into the financial markets or gold. The new mortgage rates are crazy, add to that the recession and the fact that mortgage guidelines are getting more difficult. Home prices will need to fall by a minimum of 40% (more like 50%) before the market normalizes.If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now its best you seek an independent advisor who knows about the financial markets.
This is precisely why I like having an asset manager look over my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a manager for more than two years, and I've made over 85% of my initial amount/

This was really good I currently have 3 investment properties under my name and I’ve been trying to figure out how to transfer at least 2 to my business name. All are rentals and have mortgages my tenants are currently paying my company and the company pays the mortgages ( so operating like a property management company) I didn’t know most mortgages you can have is 4 that’s good to know. Because I certainly don’t want to pay all them off because of the tax advantages but at the same time now I’ve got to figure out how to acquire more properties thanks

keep the videos coming. I own my duplex. Want to own a farm with 60 acres. down payment is 100k. I have an LLC that manages my short term rental business in my duplex. my plan is to sell my duplex to my LLC, that way i keep the cashflow coming, and use the funds from transaction to purchase farm.

Easy as 1,2,3 go on legal zoom and don’t buy all that extra like EIN it’s free and only takes 5min. Legal zoom will charge $380 for there services
