@@SouthgateLightRailway yep me too moved into our bungalow in 1998 no need to downsize already done it! 2nd bedroom oo gauge model Twyford and Sonning cutting. Garden railway in planning stage Denver & Rio Grand possibly Remote controlled battery then no problems with electric connections etc

Why not just remove the fence and only refence the gap at the far/right hand end of the shed?
Because the shed is temporary, even if it's there for a few years ...
